  Nice condo for families

  Quiet condo close to international and local schools. Access to SLE / BKE and MRT lines along with close by malls (Causeway Point and Woodgrove Shopping Centres), coffee shops and NLB library at Woodlands Civic Centre. Management is very caring of residents and ensures that all common areas are cared for. The newly renovated gym is great for a condo of this size. People are friendly and the location is ideal.

  Underrated

  1) Only 200 units means lap pool and facility density is very low. 2) vehicle entrance not jam during peak hours means easy driving access as location is away from traffic bottle neck 3) near expressway (Ave 2 exit) that easy link to 4 corners of Singapore 4) many public transport options to anywhere 5) 1 ~ 2km radius accessible to causeway point, vista point, Woodgrove mall, Marsling Mall and many schools 6) New Woodlands Hospital nearby at Ave 12 exit 7) Peaceful environment and exclusive 8) Depending on unit type, up to 4 bedrooms available that can accommodate 6 to 8 household members comfortably. 9) back gate leads to a bus stop within a short waking distance 10) price psf is surprisingly low around the vicinity of condos compared to others

  Nice and quiet condo with only 200 units

  Peaceful and quiet living can be expected here and not fantastic facilities but doable given a condo of only 200 units

  Run Down Condo Near Green.

  1)Walking distance to mrt stn.2)Small pool.3)Small common area.4)Small & cramp pick up point/drive way.5)High maintenance fee, increase almost every yr.6)No basement cp & drenched in rainy day.

  Review resale Rosewood Suite in Nov

  It was one of the newer property ready to move in, but one of the worst in workmanship. The price is over inflated, and I can see rooms using laminated flooring, coming off in places. Area where the sun tends to shine in, condition is worst. With litte facilities, and a BBQ pit which is almost beside the carpark. Only plus point is the bigger floor area for some of the 4 bedroom available in North, but with crazy price of some of asking almost $1k psf, they can dream on. Security lady was impolite which add on to this already condemned property.

  Residence Pui

  I feel so cheated. My unit flooded with aircon leak and now still not settled!!!!!!!!! One of the room flooring wrapped and I feel cheated by the seller and I am so stucked in this hole!!!!!!

  HDB with pools or Lousy EC?

  Agreed!I think this project is really lousy. The pool is for kids!!!Even the agents mkting this project dun feel like serving anymore. I think my mum's HDB nicer. Hehe

  Bad interior

  Barely 20 mins with my agent and I am sick.This is by far the worst development I seen. interior and quality look more like a student hostel. I don't even want to step in again.
