    Safe and Sound, Healthy Lifestyle

    Dear Members, Looking at the facts and research, Park Green is the only EC(comparing The Rivervale & The Florida) which comes with a basement carpark, cars are not accessible on the ground floor, which is really very safe for children to play within the condo. Because of the basement carpark, Park Green is been raised higher than road surface, which provide a safer environment too(from intruder). I agreed with the traffic noise on the two roads accessing to KPE, one facing HDB and the other facing park but is bearable, especially low floors, the traffic noise is unnoticeable, base on the fact that sound travels upwards. Guess this is at least better than the other two ECs which comes with surface carpark round the premises. Surprisingly, it is really very breezy(on ground and low floors and even the basement carpark, no sweat!), i'll give rating of 5 for this. The entire condo layout is spacious, no shaking hands with neighbours from each other's bedroom nor maids chit chatting from each other's kitchen, the 5 stacks of condo are very well distanced which provides lots of privacy for all the units. Lots of family activities in the Punngol Park which provide a healthy lifestyle(don't need to drive to east coast anymore). Approx. ten minutes walk to Rivervale Plaza which consists of wet market, NTUC supermarket, two food courts, 7-eleven, clinics, singapore pool, and other shops. Approx. fifthteen minutes to both LRT stations. I feel it is not pricely, comparing to Esparina and Austville, a dollar to a sqft, opportunity cost and risk for the new ECs before TOP, Park Green's prices are reasonable. Today Prices in URA caveat are determined by new owners of Park Green, I trust there must have reasons and must be worthy for them to purchase a unit in Park Green after many viewings and comparison amoung all other nearby developments. It is as good as resort lifestyle living without being too far from KopiTiam!

    Watch out for nearby Condos

    Viewed a couple of units, low floor to high floor. The ones facing Park are really nice but beware of traffic noise especially on rainy days, it can get really noisy. Also watch out for nearby development, adding to the noise and dust levels. With Austville Residences construction just beside it, swimming in the pool can be a dusty experience. I especially like the Patio Units facing the HDB, there're rather huge and good privacy, you can see lots of residence with fantastic awnings and outdoor decors. Furthermore, the price was a bit on the high side for an EC, just didn't worth the price as nearby can find much better developments, example Rivervale and Quartz which are both nearer to MRT.

    Holiday Resort

    I just moved in two weeks ago. What attracted me to this development is the view that my unit offers. My unit is on a relatively high floor facing Punggol Park. From my various parts of my apartment, I could see the serenity of the park both in the day and in the night. Other than the view, the strong breeze is what my visitors comment on. My mother-in-law felt that she can sleep really well in my apartment due to the strong breeze and the view from the windows in her room. Location-wise, the development is a 15-min walk from Buangkok MRT station and a 7-min walk from Rivervale mall where are two food courts, a few clinics, a wet market among other shops. With the nice view, strong wind and affordable psf, this development is certainly worth considering.

    A great place to call home....

    Hi, I am currently a resident. Park Green is a nice place to call home. It is especially accessible now that KPE is at the doorstep. Despite being close to the buzz and noise of the nearby town centers of Seng Kang and Hougang, the surrounding is peacefully quiet and pleasant. If you have a park view like my unit, you would enjoy lots of greenaries. Though relatively smaller development compared to Quartz or the Rivervale nearby, it has all full facilities of a condo. So, not much to complain about. The residents staying around are quite nice and no real concerns at all. That is according to my personal experience. I will certaintly recommend this place for young couples and families with kids! Being in the town of Seng Kang, there are lots of facilities for young families!
