Spacious Units and Good for families
- Spacious Units vs . the new ones with big big balcony and small rooms. Families interact and kids have good playing areas in the condo. Punggol park is nearby for easy walk and run. connectivity is not amazing but manageable -

Grab it for space!
If you are looking for a spacious unit, not very far from bus stops and mrt stations , don’t miss Park Green. We saw severa older condos in the east and north east districts, and found Park Green units the best. Living room is very good size , all bedrooms are big enough to accommodate queen size beds and a study table or side stool Wardrobes are big and deep. No sliding doors in wardrobes to save space. Space is not an issue in this condo. Most units come with a balcony . View is either of the pool or Punggol Park . I love the layout of the rooms , offers privacy when you have guests over. Adjacent condo , The Rivervale offers slightly bigger living area but the bedrooms there are very close to each other. Well maintained condo. You won’t get this kind of space. -

Great place to Live
You can feel the freshness while living here. Nicely maintained. Located adjacent to KPE. i.e. city is very much approachable.. -

Good Investment
I would think this development is good. It's North South facing meaning you don't get the west and east direct sun. You can't compare these with the other nearby developments. Austville has a big balcony but small bedrooms - wastage of space. riversails may be new but you will be staying with the other 928 households. The layout is just right with big living and bed rooms. I would say that if you have a family, it's more difficult to get a big apartment around this vicinity than PG. I would love to stay in this development but I have already bought my apartments and need to stay there for another 4 years to avoid the stamp duty. -

Oversupply will lead to fall in prices
8 condos nearby. Rivervale, austville, riversound, boathouse, heron bay, riversails, florida and rio vista. Some new ones like riversound and riversails selling at 800psf only. Not for investment -

Better Value Elsewhere -Riversails&Austville
Austville going for only $680-$750psf and has 10 more years of lease, and is brand new. After the recent measures, Riversails seemed to cut their prices to $800-$820 psf. Its a full private condo. Felt that Park Green is grossly over-priced at asking prices of $900psf. Further, it will be affected by the construction of Austville just next to it. -

Good Value for stay and investment
I just got this unit in Sept 2011. My unit is on a relatively high floor facing pool view and also Punggol Park. Other than the view, the strong breeze is what my friends comment on. And we can sleep really well in my apartment due to the strong breeze and the view from the windows Location,is about 15-min walk from Buangkok MRT station and 7-min walk to Rivervale mall (two food courts, a few clinics, a wet market anc other shops. An also on first floor there are no vehicle allow that make more safely for Children to play around. With the nice view, breeze and affordable psf, this development is certainly worth considering. I recommend this project for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and Peace & Quiet. -

Fantastic layout!!!
I got this in december.... and i like this project!!! It has a great layout without much wastage of space. Rooms are big and layout is functional... seem many other condos, this is really worth what i am paying for :)) -

opposite NEW EC
Correct me if Im wrong but There is a new EC "Austville" going to start constructing within Months Noise pollution and Dust will surround this Project for next couples of Months. -
