Keeps Getting Better
I have lived here twice already. Once when I was a bachelor when it launched, and just recently moved back in. This condo management is brilliant. The children's area for families is new and so well kept. The renovation is noteworthy as it looks and feels like a high-end serviced apartment with a doorman, a desk reception and luggage trolly. I can't believe that a place can improve over ten years. The price too is great as most locals pass on it and go looking for a newer (smaller roomed) building like V on Shenton. What is also great about the bigger 2-bedroom apartments is the balcony. Most under rated luxury item in SG. Food downstairs at Asia Square, La Pasat across the street and friendly neighbours. It is near my office, and that means I get home faster! -

Upgraded for Family Living in the City
The new upgrades at the lobby set the tone. It feels like a service apartment with a door man and a new luxurious entrance. The common floors on the 8th floor have added play areas for children, both indoors and outdoors. It really has changed the outlook of the entire project. The management committee did a good job here. More people using the common areas now and it feels like a very comfortable experience in the city. Close to Marina Bay and the Financial District. Downtown line is just a short walk through Asia Square. Loving it. -

Very well maintained Condo in a pefect location. The Management is putting a lot of efforts into the development. The place is very well maintained and rich of facilities. -

THE investment to make!
I had my reservations about One Shenton when I was preparing to make the purchase but I am glad I finally did. Real estate is all about location and for an investor like me, One Shenton simply can’t be beat. Having lived in the apartment myself during COVID, I am not hesitant to give it up. Facilities like the gym and pool kept me sane throughout the lockdown, and my partner loves entertaining with our weekly BBQs. A great stay for anyone considering moving in or making the purchase. Say Hi when you see me around! -

Lovely Location, Brilliant Condo
My wife and I stayed at one Shenton for over a year now and can’t be any happier! It is seriously unbeatable in terms of location and price. Highly recommended for expats like myself given the workplace is a stone’s throw away. Great for families too because the kids seem to love the rooftop playground and pool w/sun decks. BBQ’s with friends are a hoot as well. -

Best Family Condo Downtown

CBD - Upscale Condo that is family friendly
I have lived at One Shenton now as a renter for 3 years. The condo is kept so well, and the management always improves the grounds and amenities for children and families in the common era. Launched in 2011 or so, this Condo has beautiful fixtures and a good class of people living here. -

Great condo in the CBD
We had an amazing experience. We were on the 18th floor facing Shenton Way and Lau Pa Sat. The apartment was very well isolated despite the road noise. Indoor it was quiet and no noise from neighbours. We used a lot the pool and the BBQ area and always had an enjoyable time. With the Shenton Way MRT opening next door, the place became even more connected with the rest of the Singapore. We loved it. -

Noisy, avoid this place
I rented a unit at 1 Shenton and had to move out early and stay in a hotel just to get some sleep (costing me a fortune due) as this place can be extremely noisy at night until around 1:30am if you're facing the road / Lau Pa Sat side and not on a high floor (i.e. 25 or above). Also the lifts make noisy whistling sound every time they open or close which also drove me crazy. Walls between the units are also paper thin, you'll hear the TV and music from neighbors easily. So if you're a light sleeper and don't like constantly hearing your neighbors then avoid at all costs. Learn from my extremely costly mistake. -
