Spacious units with relatively low psf
Been staying for over a year and I can only I’m getting more impressed by this place every day. Constant upgrading in this project means that the entire condo looks to be in pristine condition. 10 mins walk to MBS makes my runs so easy, amazing gym, friendly concierge and I LOVE living right next to Lau Pat sat with all the food options! -

Amazing Condo
Best value for money in CBD. Amazing location, superior facilities, best gym in Singapore, amazing heated onsen, sauna, jacuzzi and kids pool (all of them heated), large lap pool, golf simulator, Padel and Pickelball (coming soon g soon), basketball court, badminton courts, and upgraded facilities all around. Easily walk to all the main MRT lines. -

Amazing Place
Can’t be price. Updates are amazing and walking distance to multiple MRT options. The common space is excellent - hot and onsen, amazing sauna, cold plunge, heater jacuzzi and also heated kids pool, golf simulator, basketball court, badminton, Padel and pickleball (coming soon) and so much more. The most well maintained condo in CBD. -

One Shenton MRT opening makes it the best pla
I bought it below 2’000 psf which makes it for me a great deal and far undervalued. A different league compare to cliff, sail or V shenton -

Continues to improve after the years
I’ve rented at One Shenton for a few years (growing family). There were two major annoyances: (1) children pool water was too cold (hard to believe in Singapore but true) and (2) the lobby lifts were very slow. Now that the water of the children pool is heated and the lobby lifts are being replaced (I’m told by faster ones) we have no reason to leave. The salt water pool is another great improvement (and not common in Singapore) which means my babies skin do not get exposed to chlorinated water. The face recognition security system is very convenient and means no need to carry access card. -

One of the most well maintained/enhanced cond
While most condo management committee in SG tend to just cut cost, our management committee keeps on coming up with new initiatives, such as good value for money seasonal parking for office dwellers nearby as well as upgrading of children’s playground and swimming pool. The management team is very professional and they can receive non-perishable online parcels on behalf of residents (with IT system to track every parcel received). Cleanness of common areas is superb. Most first-time visitors would think this is a 2018/19 TOP condo while its actual TOP is 2011. We had lived here for 5 years and never had any issues. I would personally recommend this to those who work in CBD. -

Worst management team
Looks luxurious on the surface, but the reality of living here is deeply disappointing. The concierge service is unprofessional—often dismissive, poorly trained, and unresponsive. Simple requests are frequently ignored or mishandled, creating ongoing frustration. The bigger issue appears to be the management team, who consistently avoid accountability rather than resolving resident concerns. This pattern of negligence and poor service has led many residents, including friends, to move out as soon as their lease ended—many opting for nearby developments like Marina One or Marina Residences. Until there’s a complete overhaul in service and management attitude, I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting even a basic level of professionalism and support. -

Loved our time here
We stayed at One Shenton for 4 years and loved it! The gym is just amazing too. -

Poor unit soundproofing, great facilities
Check the floor unit layout very carefully. Unit 02 master bedroom shares a wall with unit 03 living room. It also shares the hollow aluminium window frames. Sound travels right though this. You can head everything, and I mean everything. -
