  The development sits on a smallish plot of land at the end of hillview avenue and is a 99-years leasehold.MRT is about 15-20 mins away although the distance is shown as being <800 meters. Some units have a pleasant view but gets boring after a while living so secluded.Shops,eateries are nowhere in sight.All in all an average development with no real potential for capital appreciation.

  The most beautiful condo in the Hillview Area. Nestled among greenery, the refreshing air and lush foliage makes Hilltop Grove a true gem in this area. This condo has a prime location on the top of the hill with a clean, beautiful swimming pool. The greenery provides lots of privacy and its location on a hilltop allows for quiet and exclusivity. My relatives and friends have commended me on my good choice. Comparable to many beautiful apartments in Canada, where I come from.

  King of the Hill

  What a refreshing discovery! A quiet sanctuary perched upon the hill. Away from the mass of bulging, overly-developed condos in hume/hillview area. This cosy development is well spaced out, has lots of privacy and comes with commanding views of greenery and the whole of bukit batok at your feet. As there are only 196 units, its private and manageable enough to be immaculately maintained. An added bonus was discovering a resident agent, who gave me all the "insider" tips. As you can see, I left my heart... at the top of the hill.

  overpriced with funny car park

  another overpriced condo trying to match the freehold prices. if you drive, get prepared for a bit of heartache...getting in and out of the carparks is a challenge...the walls bear testimony to it. no amenities nearby and the kitchen faces the neighbours yard/kitchen.

  Hilltop Grove

  Windy and cool. Some of the units are unblocked and face the hill. Beautiful view. Bus service takes us to Westmall
