Great Value For Money Hillview Address
Sold a few months ago to upgrade to Landed, thought I would pen a review : I've owned a unit @ Hilltop Grove for years and I've seen the slow-but-steady developments of the Hillview precinct (Hillview MRT, HillV2 Mall, Hume MRT, and the new condos surrounding Hillview MRT) and the super-fast-and-steady developments surrounding it (Jurong East & Tengah, to name a few). This development flies under the radar as most owners don't sell to keep longterm, hence low transactions. It's on the top of the hill, quiet and breezy away from the buzz and traffic of the 'CCR Hillview' where the MRT is at, but yet has shuttle bus access to the MRT. You can also park 2 or 3 cars (any more you have to ballot with the management), which is certainly unheard of in any new condos (or even slightly older ones!) -

Lovely Green
It’s the greenest place to live in SG. Well maintained condo facility, well connected to nature reserves and interesting hangout spots. Cool hillside feeling far from main roads and pollutants. -

Resort Living
Been living here for more than 10 years and I only recommend people who like peace and tranquility to come here. Because here is where you belong if you fall into this category. -

One of the few condo that is perched on very high grounds, Great for residents who drive but it can be quite a walk for residents walking down to take public transport. -

Fascinated
Was fascinated by first sight. Give up another condo which is located in HDB surrounding area. Very quiet and nice place. The air is so fresh and the mountain is real next to you. It becomes more charming after rain, when you can feel fragrance. Condo well maintained. -

Low ceiling
Good a lot of things, but ceiling is so low, you cannot even put a ceiling fan. Think another 1-2 yrs when property prices fall (as pundits say they will), who will want such a low ceiling home, when there are many others similarly priced units all around (which are similarly good!). Govt. has released some more land in hill-view area - seems to be over-priced by at least 20%+ (would be faster to throw money out of window than buy!) -

A gem on its own!
The allure of Hilltop Grove not only lies in the fact that it’s on higher ground than the rest, but it has a prevailing sense of tranquility and quiet splendor. There’s a very positive vibe about this place, quite a few units we viewed are bright and airy; and the units on higher floor with balcony facing the greenery are especially charming. Breathtaking view. Hilltop Grove is really a gem on its own, a hidden haven and retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. -

Private and peaceful
Situated at the top of high ground with a hill beside it gives good vibes. Understood there may be an international school coming up just further down the road and with neighbouring condos going at 20-50% more this must be the best kept secret. If you must have a supermarket and hawker centre right next door then this might not be the place for you, otherwise for the rest who seek a peaceful place to come home to then you won't find a better place to live in. -

Resort Feel
Walking into the common area, waiting at the pool side for the agent...this is one condo with a very lovely "resort feel" to it. There is loads of greenery, flowers blooming butterflies fluttering by, Nectarina jugularis feeding, mixed with swaying palms and blue pool water, it is such a lovely and restful place to live in. Only thing negative is the 2 children's play area is in desperate need for repair! -

Beautiful establishment
Hilltop Grove is indeed a unique project in the Upper Bukit Timah / Hillview area. Whilst some may dwell about its location on a hilltop, it is precisely this reason that grants Hilltop Grove the exclusivity of quiet living. After all, a home should be a haven of peace and rest and that is what Hilltop Grove affords. The shuttle bus service takes residents to Bukit Batok MRT which connects us to the rest of Singapore. Such convenience without the hassle of driving is a plus point for this condo. I looked around many condos but am glad that I settled for the best in this area. -
