  Good venue and management

  Only 15mins to city and 30mins to the west by PIE. Previously some tenants threw things discriminantly causing hygiene issues. Thanks to the management these issues have been resolved.

  Disappointing

  Bad neighbour ever met .. complaint king .. n the furniture are made w low quality materials .. the only good thing is tat geylang is accessible to town .security wise not good beside is workers dorm

  Good location to stay

  this is good location, nice development and convenient to travel around. we also have a nice neighbour staying in the condo to take care of each other interest.

  Great location close to CBD

  5 mins walk to the nearest mrt and direct bus to CBD area, it is one of the most convenient projects around the area. Locating at the fringe of the the city and near to many great foodies place is a +

  Problematic Condo

  This is one of the worst project that I have stayed in. Poor condo design that causes a lot of discontentment with the residents. There are rodents issues, flooding issues, facilities issue..... I can go on and on.....

  Bias CMA Rental Analysis

  Buyers should note the falling rental in Geylang. 1BR at La Fleur (lor 26) was transacted at 1,9XX. Soon rental could be 1,7XX to 1,8XX levels. Then calculate your yield. Less than 3%?

  New Launch 20% more expensive

  Geylang is so over-supplied with MM that new launch in less desirable location cost 20% more than newly-TOPed units. Newly-TOPed units should be worth 20% more since rental can be collected immediately and they are brand new. So strange that buyers for new launch are paying more for less.
