  Guillemard Suites is located at 213 Guillemard Road (sometimes confused with Suites @ Guillemard). excellent central location, compact size with minimal facilities as understandable due to the densely populated location city fringe. many fellow singles and couples staying here, as well as those who bought it as investment property / own stay / rental generator. i have no short supply of tenant enquiries which works for me as sometimes i am out of Sg for many months.

  equipped with a pool

  despite being on the smaller size, Guillemard Suites is equipped with a pool. it's not the biggest but enough to make me and my small family happy. stretch out at the pool deck while working or just relaxing with my wife as our son splashes around in the wading pool on weekends. chill lifestyle being surrounded with good food that is low charge when ordering delivery. if not lazy sometimes we go to Beach or walk the malls. quick bus ride if weather is fine, or cheap Grab ride away.

  good entry to investment ppty

  possible to get a 1br at below $1m making it a good entry point for first-time property investors. add to that it's a freehold in a well connected area, to give confidence in starting out. it's my first investment property also, but now i use it for ownstay as i got a more premium property and i like the convenience here plus loft format. often go eat durian when got season or walk home after sports hub. nobody disturbs me here. those who are thinking of both renting out and staying here may also consider the dual-key units for privacy.

  Great location with many amenities

  Staying at Guillemard Suites for 3 months. The project is cover 100 over units with reasonable sizing and layout. The reason for buying here is to enjoy location near CBD and near to many amenities. Neighbors are great and not noisy.

  Worst place

  Yes this is closer to CBD, but day time very hot and some times due to constructions it is very noisy throughout the day time. Security guards are very unpleasant. Worst condo gym.

  Close to MRT and amenities

  Have been living in for years since the start of the project, overall I really like the location, walking distance to MRTs (5-10 minutes), direct bus to city, close to top schools and lots and lots of good food. While the facilities can be better (small gym), the pool with jacuzzi is pretty good with the view of the Singapore flyer and Kallang stadium

  Close to MRT and amenities

  Nice place to live with walking distance to 2 MRT (approx. 5-10 minutes) and direct bus to city. Been staying here for quite a few year now, love the convenience and it is pretty close to some of the top schools. While the facilities like the Gym can be better, the pool is pretty nice that comes with a jacuzzi

  Decent for Couple/Small Family

  Superb location to town and accessibility to public transport. Sheltered bus stop at doorstep and walkable to Mountbatten MRT. Abundance of food options from old airport to geylang.
