  Hidden Gem

  Two words to describe this condo, Hidden Gem. This hidden gem has very good condo management, committee, security, facilities and most importantly community. Having gone through the recent renovation, it is definitely value for money. Hougang Interchange with the mall, NTUC, shops and eating houses is just 5 mins away and there are good schools within 1km, CHIJ Nativity and Holy Innocents' (rated most preferred Primary school in Hougang - KiasuParents.com). And to make it better than it feels, low maintenance, ample parking and with KPE, quick access to City and ECP. Giant and Ikea are also 10min virtually traffic-less drive away. :) Big thumbs up!!!

  Evergreen Park

  Just bought a unit and I have to say it is definitely a good buy.With all the facilities at a reasonably low maintainence fee make it all so worthwhile.As for the location,it is totallly accessible with KPE connect u right thru' various exits,Bartley,AIrport rd,Sims Ave,Nicoll Hwy,ECP,PIE with the furthest via AYE to the west side of spore at peak hour with the highest timing of not more than 30 mins(note: that is travelling within legal speed:),This is personal experience as i work at west side.Surronding fill with amenities within walking distance and yet the environment within still maintain its tranquility and comfort as it name...Evergreen Park!

  Great Value Condo

  This condo has full facilities which make it a wonderful and amazing place to stay for family. Its’ quietude and tranquility surrounding is a pleasant place to live in. The 24hrs nearby eateries and convenient store located within walking distance adds a plus point to this condo. The KPE is a breeze and short drive of 20min to city centre and CBD area. And for those enjoy bigger scale of groceries marketing, Giant is located 10min drive from this condo which includes IKEA and Courts. Overall this condo is well maintained with a very low maintenance fees. Another highlight is the outdoor river walk at your doorstep for your weekend activities with family and pets.

  Evergreen Park Review

  With the latest revamp, i must say this condo is value for $$$. The committee has done a great job in re-inventing the condo. The new coat of paint gives the condo a distinct personality in the neighbourhood and complements the green surroundings. With the new modern minimalistic landscaping and Feng Shui water feature, the clubhouse is given a new lease of life. The swimming pool accentuated by the upgraded BBQ pits gives a nice resort feeling. The lift lobbies will also be given an aristocratic makeover with the faked ceilings and enhanced features. The neighbourhood evokes serenity, peacefulness and to a certain extent, nostalgia due to the 1980s playground and personal gardens. The park connector is a stone throw away and we will see an increase in water activities with the Sungei Serangoon River development. In terms of accessibility, the KPE provides quick access to the city and the MRT is a 15 min stroll away. Initially i was tempted to sell away my unit for a good 90k profit but i am keeping it now. My friendly neighbours also won me over with their smiles and warmth. Cheers!!!

  Evergreen Park Review

  I have to say this is a hidden secret, very good value for money, great facilities, tight security, kids enjoy the nice playground and kiddie pool, buildings are well designed for air circulation, hence even low floors enjoy constant breezy feeling. Plus very convenient to get everyday needs from nearby shops via back entrance. Feels very safe for the family. One thing that feels a bit lacking is a provision for pedestrian crossing and vehicle crossing oustide the condo gate. Distance from the city is no longer an issue due to KPE.

  Evergreen Park Condo

  Quite and small project with a low maintenance. Approximately 10mins walk to Hougang Mall/MRT. Valued for money condo which around +-600k. All square/rectangle layout.marble finishing..
