Experience nature living! Plus, future growth
This apartment fits well with the nature and park area. It has a large function room for events and a big pool. Buying essentials is convenient with many nearby coffeeshop and shops. In time to come, Paya lebar airbase is moving out. -

Evergreen Park
Newly painted, New Lifts. And a few others improvement works in the pipeline. I will give a 5 Stars to offset the deliberate 1 stars comments. Personally i will rate it at about 4.2. -

Bad Management
Have been staying here and I can say that the management has failed us owners time and time again. Paying such high maintenance fees only for these fellas to ask for more and more in other means. Previously BBQ pits and function rooms were free to book, only have to pay deposit. Now there’s a fee + deposit. 1st & 2nd vehicle no free parking, with so many lots available? Using wheel clamping as a threat to the residents, “superb” management and their team. Paying them to sit around looking for ways to charge residents in more avenues. Buy at your own risk. -

Beautiful
Condo with full condo facilities. Can walk across to the river and jog along the river . A beautiful condo with river view and can jog along the river. Next to condo are shops where you can have your meals, hair done beautifully and etc. There are several shops which are within walking distance less than 5 MINUTES WALK to get your daily needs. BEAUTIFUL! Is it? -

Quite the average condo but the pricings are quite competitive. A 3 bedder can be bought for $788,000. Ample uncovered car parks for visitors. -

Perfect Gem
I stayed here for 3 years.No complain. Management is good and kept the maintenance price low. Very spacious and all the amenities. Layouts are pretty good for the flats. -

Only condo in Hougang walkable to MRT
Have lived here for 8 over years. Saw the newer launches and felt like downgrade from Evergreen Park. No newer condos have a Park connector opposite the house, spacious layout with big yard/maid room/unblocked views, so many amenities at doorstep, only 12 mins walk to MRT, KPE so close, full facilities incl basketball court and outdoor gym etc. I'm never moving out of here to the overcrowded claustrophobic new developments which are more like HDBs. -

Nice estate
Lived here for 2 years. No regret, getting better instead. The design in fine and quite spacious with the extended bay window. Privacy at living, dining and rooms. Windy all over the place. Quite pool, decks and enviroment almost at all time. Plenty parking lots and easy to find. Good convenient store and eating place next to back gate. About 5 min to reach KPE. Not to expensive maintainance. Great path along the river across the road. See to believe. -

Definitely a Hidden Gem! Read on to find why:
I wasn't ready to review but seeing some irresponsible reviews by the user below I have to make my point. I have 3 friends living there, one already stayed for more than 6 years and here's my review: 1) Compared to surrounding HDB Flats it looks so much nicer! If you compared to Park Green/ Rivervale or even the latest Kovan Residences which are selling around 1000psf it's even better looking. It may not be modern for youngsters but definately looks better than a lot more others. 2) Only 394 units in such a spacious plot! New Condos 1000+ units with even smaller land area, no need to see far just look at those new ones around Sengkang/ Pungol! No matter weekdays/ weekends or even public holidays, visiting this place never have parking problems and very quiet/ serene unlike other condos. Try visiting Kovan Melody or say... further up Bedok Aquarius by the Park on weekends and it's like a fish market! 3) The Pool is functional and I just love the way it is layout, where I can sit with my friends around while the kiddos enjoy the splash, without need to worry about them running too far or all the stupid slides and dangerous designs of newer condos. Long pools with no funny curves or funny designs are the best for a good swim! Almost every visit I went I noticed the pool's furniture are replaced with new! 4) For the price and low-maintenance along with great management and full facilities,the spacious units of 3-Bedrooms (94 - 116 sqm) 4-Bedrooms (125 - 127 sqm) makes this truly hidden Gem in Hougang! Across the road is the windy/ peaceful park connector, and 7-11 eateries 1 min away I strongly advice go those hunting this area to study carefully, as I know a lot of agents now are facing very tough competitions to the older condos as genuine buyers nowadays are looking at them due to ridiculous beef up new/ shoe-box new developments promising fantastic but pointless designs. -

THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASE!!!!
BASICALLY THIS CONDO IS NOT WORTH BUYING:1)THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING IS LIKE A HDB FLAT 2)WITH 394 UNITS ARE QUITE CROWDED 3)SURROUNDED WITH HDB FLATS SPOILT THE IMAGES OF THE CONDO 4)THE SWIMMING POOL HAVE NO DESIGN AT ALL AND IS LOOK JUST LIKE A GOVERNMENT PUBLIC POOL TO ME....PLS THINK TWICE AND DON'T GOT BLUFF BY THE LOW MAINTENANCES AND SO ON COZ IT A LOW END CONDO,FROM THE OUTLOOK OF THE CONDO ALREADY TELL YOU THE ANSWER. -
