  Nice place to stay

  Just renew the lease for another 2 years. I am working in Kallang, there is direct bus to my office. And my wife is working in town, within 20 minutes she can reach the office. So this is ideal place for both of us. Super market like NTUC, Sheng Siong all within walking distance. Boon Keng wet market is another choice. We are renting 3 bedroom 980 sqft type, quite efficient layout. Quiet, no noise at all. Weekend we like to jog along Kallang River to National Stadium, a lot of outdoor activities there. I will recommend to my friends shall they need a place to move.

  Will not rent to stay again!!!

  The pool design is awkward and not user friendly, difficulty in getting in. The blocks are too close to each other. The multi-storey car park doesn't make it look like a condo. Too near to the major roads, heavy traffic noise and dusty. The gym is small and inadequate.

  Great City Living

  I noted some reviews are biased with intention to depress the property prices by potential investors. I am not an owner but a long-term tenant residing in Block 6 overlooking the serene Whampoa River and have great views of the National Day fireworks. What else can you ask for with a modern new development by United Engineers, one of the top listed developer, with close proximity to 2 MRT lines (Boon Keng MRT is within 5 minutes walk & 3 stops to Dhoby Ghaut station), banks, clinics, wet and dry markets, hawker center, restaurants, etc? The neighborhood is extremely friendly, the security guards are helpful and I am comforted with the fact that my children are living in a very safe environment. I suspect those who complained about traffic noise reside in blocks facing the main road; however, the traffic peaks only during the morning and evening rush hours lasting no more than 1 hour. In my opinion, Block 6 is the best block which overlooks the serene Whampoa River, with an unobstructed view. I must admit the gym is relatively small but again one can enjoy a nice evening stroll or jog along the well-paved path along the river with continuous access to the Marina Bay vicinity. In summary, if one is looking for high-class residence, this project is not suitable for you; otherwise it's an excellent value-for-money project.

  Huge Balcony and Aircon Ledge.

  (1) Units are already small, less off the huge balcony and aircon ledge - especially the bedrooms are very tiny! (2) Toilet and kitchen fittings very basic. (3) Flanked by 2 busy roads. Very noisy and dusty. Heavy traffic means difficult to drive out from the carpark. (4) Facilities seem inadequate for so many residents. Very crammed feeling. Always find that developers don't really come up with new ideas or layout. It's always mass market design. Just sell as many as possible to maximize.

  MRT MRT MRT MRT less cars on the road

  Look no further, soon it is too late to own one unit near the MRT as more and more MRTs are coming up, this means in future any place that is near to MRT will have potential price upside. Singapore is land scare and if you look for a long term investment, this property is one of them.

  Gem near the city

  This development can hardly go wrong due to it's proximity to city and of cos it is near to mrt. What is more impt is the potential of the area. The govt for sure will not waste such a prime piece of land so close to the city . Take reference to novena sq and see what is happening to that area. And there is a plot of land empty next to boon Keng mrt they could even build a mall in the near future. This is really a project to be buying into the future. But the govt will need to clean up the whampoa river cos I think there is so much potential

  Great Investment

  Great BUY, great potential and future price appreciation once it is TOP in Yr 2016. Less than 5 min. walk to Boon Keng MRT and amenities. Public transports is convenient too.
