  Super convenient location, great facilities

  - Facilities: Has great facilities, spacious swimming pools, quite nice gardens with unique concept, super-convenient vending machines at the entrance, plus the gym at the front of the condo has an interesting design - Location: Quick walking distance from Boon Keng MRT (about 5 mins) - Food and shops: Affordable eateries close by. If you travel out, it's just 2 MRT stops to Woodleigh Mall (has Fairprice Finest to do grocery shopping) & City Square, 3 stops to Dhoby Ghaut/Plaza Sing. Fast to get into town!! - Seems quite family-friendly. Close proximity to town, yet nestled near the heartlands. - No issues with management so far. Security is strict and tight, but I guess that's what it should be!

  Satisfied purchase; full facilities; excellen

  Very satisfied with the purchase at Eight Riversuites. Full facilities including 2 pools, elevated gym and even tennis court at low monthly maintenance fees. Breezy environment and development is decorated with water features. Plenty of good food nearby and park connector to National Stadium is just in front of the development. Underated RCR location - just 6-min walk from Boon Keng MRT station and 3 stations from Dhoby Ghaut MRT Interchange. Short drive to Bugis/ Suntec/ CBD/ Novena, and easy access to PIE & CTE.

  Super rude security guards

  If you want to be regularly abused by security guards, by all means stay here. Not sure if they are protecting the residents or if the residents need protection against them

  Stayed here with my fiance for a short while and moved to another condo after marriage, never looked back! The only good thing about this condo is its proximity to city center. Neighbourhood is rather old and run down, traffic is heavy and noisy. Outdoor walkways at level 1 are narrow and often wet and slippery due to the numerous water features around. The area surrounding level 1 pool is even worse, it can be unsafe for elderly and children. Lift feels hot like sauna. Units are poorly constructed and ceiling is rather low, giving the units a cramped feel. Toilet and kitchen furnishings are very cheap-looking. South west facing units are extremely hot in the afternoons. If you really want to stay in this area, the nearby newer HDBs may be a better option.

  Near City

  Hidden Gem Condo: CITY FRINGE Living. Windy, Windy, Windy!!!!! Less than 5min walk to Book Keng MRT, 3 MRT stops to Douby Guat. Excellent Bus network. Condo Facilities are good. Excellent PCN in front of the condo to exercise. The Park Connector Network (PCN) of Singapore is a network of walking/running/cycling paths that connects the various parks and other green spaces in Singapore.

  Noisy location

  Surrounded by 2 noisy roads and a primary school (serangoon and bendemeer road). Not an ideal home if you are light sleeper

  Modern design but could do with bigger plot

  Modern design compared to some of the other developments in the area. But it occupies a relatively small plot given the high build-up in the area (many newer as well as older condos), which sacrifices some of the greenery that one sees in other condos. Nevertheless, the pool looks clean and aesthetically it's one of the better condos in the St Michael's area, plus next to the main road which helps with transport connectivity (it can be quite a long and unsheltered hike if one lives in a condo situated further away from the road).

  Good Apartment at City Fringe

  Compared to other projects nearer to MRT station, this project is still a good buy - strategic location, close to all amenities, modern building design, awesome view from the top. Living here is like resort, relaxed yet so close to city. Whether you are driving or not, you find it is so convenient going to east/west or north/south.
