Privacy in a good location
Close to two MRTs, three supermarkets and near park connectors. Facilities are good. -

SIngle best condo in Buona Vista for families
Great mix of nationalities and ages, from young families to older people. I personally like variety in my neighborhood. My penthouse has huge balconies. Very quiet. Walk to Star Vista for shopping -

Close to so many schools!
This is really ground zero to be near all the major schools and this mattered for us as we are teachers and parents. 2 min walking to UWC Dover, across from ACJ and around the block from Insead! Love the convenience to shops and MRTs. Huge penthouse with private balcony, quiet and good value for Singapore. Management so quick to jump on problems. -

Nice resort feel
Excellent location, great relaxing place to live in and come home to after a long day at work. Easy to get around, close to the city, ample dinning places in the vicinity. Found a short-cut to Star Vista which takes only 5 min walk. Buona Vista MRT is the nearest station. Love the high ceilings, make the units cooler and better ventilated .Facilities are decent and a delight. -

Potential enbloc project
Hard to come by such large land size projects these days. Excellent location. - near the Metropolis, Biopolis, One-North Fusionopolis, Ministry of Education HQ, MediaCorp, NTU Alumni Club, Holland Village, Star Vista, Rochester Park, Rochester Mall,Park Avenue Hotel, etc. Short drive to Orchard Road. - surrounded by good schools: Anglo-Chinese Junior College (ACJC), ACS Independent, Fairfield Methodist, S'pore Polytechnic, United World Colleges (UWC Dover Campus), Dover Court International School, Tanglin Trust School. 5-10 min drive to NUS. - Walk to Buona Vista & One North MRT Stations. Ample amenities. - NTUC Fairprice located near the back gate - Several coffeeshops (front and back of development) within short walk of 3 min. - markets, supermarkets and shops available close by at Ghim Moh market, Clementi Mall, Holland Village. ** Sales committee being set up now to explore enbloc for the development though it is not that old and facilities are fairly new with recent renovations. A hidden GEM in Dover Rise! -

Charming project!!
Pleasantly surprised by the charms and plus points of this project after stepping in and unexpectedly bought a unit here! (Almost skipped this development because of its unattractive facade and age) Positive factors: - location (under 5 min drive to Holland V & 10 min drive to Orchard Rd) - walking distance to Star Vista & Buona Vista MRT station - near supermarkets such as Giant & Sheng Siong; coffeeshops; Ghim Moh market etc - surrounded by many good & top schools (pri, sec, JC & uni) - HUGE land size of the development (can take evening strolls after dinner) - strong resort feel with very well maintained full condo facilities (newly renovated bathrooms near the pools; 4 different themed pools; tennis courts; karaoke function room; reading lounge; gym etc) - ground floor units come with patios/ gardens while upper floors have balconies - ample parking space for residents & guests - posh looking lift lobbies & corridors - responsive MA Negative points: - units need renovation - age of project - leasehold (but we personally felt that its charming character, location, land size & well kept facilities more than make up for the negative points). We also viewed Heritage View next door because we had originally wanted something newer but the choice was clear after viewing both projects. Heritage View did not appeal to us at all. -

Love it!
The best older building in this area, convenient to everything. Thank god they recently repainted the exterior, looks much improved. Cannot beat location, best value in area. The penthouse units are huge. -

Dover Parkview
One of the few condos with japanese hot bath and your own private bath room in common facilities area. A little ageing but the facilities and location with proximity to town and biopolis more than made up for it -
