Good Resort style investment
This is a good resort style freehold project. For those whom bot 2 to 3 years ago, its really at a very reasonable price for own-stay or investment. Layout of project, facilities and units layout are good. Its hard these days to find freehold, good size/layout, resort feel, away from the crowd and HDBs etc. -

Negative impression
The buildings in this project are arranged densely in two circles. The units facing the pool don't have much privacy since people in all the other units around the circle can see you. Plus because the dense buildings wind can no longer come in. Units facing tampines expy are very noisy. Of course, this is a full facility condo. If you have a car and don't mind the long distance, you can still consider to buy units here. -

Vacationing in a resort everyday
This development is well maintained and provide a quiet and serene environment for me and my family. It is like going on a holiday everyday with its resort style atmosphere. It is a relaxing home to comeback to and my children totally enjoy the facilities here. -

Good living at Carissa Park
I purchased & recently shifted to Carissa Park. I have found it to be a peaceful & covenant condo. Those who want to return to a peaceful home after work, will agree with me. I mostly party party on Friday night, rest on Saturdays and buy groceries on Sunday morning. Rest of the weekend is spent swimming, playing tennis or working out in the well equipped gym. Having said above,it is necessary to own & commute by car, otherwise need to hop on the bus to reach nearest MRT. It's about 20 minutes' drive to my studio at Central. Last but not the least, it's freehold. -

To be honest
The location is not good, no MRT, have to walk a long long way to Loyang Ave bus stop. Area shuttle bus is run by private bus Co., have to pay (S$1.3) per trip to Tampines MRT. Must HAVE a car to live here, but there is another problem. More and more condos in this area, thousands of units, Flora Road is the only way out. Traffic jam every morning and evening during peak time. Along the way out from Flora Road to Old Tampines Road to Loyang Ave, or you're coming back from Loyang Ave turning right to Old Tampines Road, almost every week you can see car accidents. -

Suitable for family.
This is a nice condo built by Tripartitie(Hong Leong) Quality materials, Nice layout and Spacious. The different blocks are nicely space out, not too near to each other. The building is shape in the numeric 8 which is a auspicious number for Chinese. Very near to the airport and international schools like the Japanese School, One World international School and also the UWC East Campus. The 4th University will also be build nearby. Surrounding Condos are also build by Tripartitie. Each condo is named a flower from A to F-Azalea, Ballota, Carissa, Dahlia, Edelweiss and Ferraria. Therefore the road is named as Flora rd and Flora drive. Worth taking a look. -

Murder News..Inconvenient Condo.. Layout okay
The location of the condo is not too good.. There was a murder case in blk F by two maids... Layout is ok.. -

Carissa Park
Proximity to Changi Airport makes this Condo convenient for the Frequent Flyer. Very quiet with plenty of options for transportation to and from Tampines. Units are very nicely laid out and the worksmanship is of the highest quality. Highly recommended. -

quiet place, convenience to p.i.e, e,c.p and t.p.e...although i work at tuas..here ,,still my prefer stay....building not so high...7th level only...not crowded... -
