  Carissa Park - Resort Feel

  Carissa Park was built in the early 2000s, it is one of the Freehold Condominiums along Flora Drive and Flora Road. In the earlier years, transportation and amenities were lacking. However, there are more public transportation available and amenities sprouting. Best of all, there will be an MRT station and sheltered walkway soon! CP is well-maintained; it is clean, peaceful and tranquil. I would certainly recommend potential homeowners to consider CP!

  Excellent Neighbourhood

  Situated near Changi Airport All essential amenities within 10 minutes A very well run condominium with good security and management team. The quality of the interiors and exteriors are very good. Definitely a good place to call home with privacy and also a welcoming atmosphere.

  Peaceful and lots of serenity

  Even condo is almost 20 years old, it is still very well maintain. It has a resort feel and you will find peace just merely sitting by the pool side. Very windy, excellent property.

  Value of your $

  Well maintained. Ample parking. Near to amenities. Good transport link -bus and MRT with DTL opened in October 2017 or EW line at Tampines Central. A bit crowded with cars during peak hours but clears quite fast.

  Bus Service 4 right outside

  Have stayed here several years. Great layout, spacious units. Full facilities. Thanks to Bus Service 4 (stops right outside the gate), can get home in 7 minutes from Tampines Interchange| During off peak hours. When MRT (Downtown Line) opens, we can stroll there or one stop away by Bus. Currently direct Bus Services along Loyang Avenue going to Orchard Road via expressway - gets you there in half hour. Direct Bus Services to Airport (along Loyang Ave) gets you there in 10 minutes via expressway. Gone are the days of shuttle bus services. The current regular (every 9 minutes) Bus Service 4 is far far better! BRAVO !

  Great Place to Live

  Have been staying here for about 3 years now and it has a wonderful ambience with 2 pools, pretty landscaping and open spaces, quietness and spacious interiors with marble flooring. There is good airflow around the premises with a nice touch of nature. Transport links have improved with the new bus service and with the new downtown MRT line going to be within walking distance.
