Spacious, Quiet, Well-Maintained
After been to different condo projects around this area, we have finally settled our hearts on this location. Very resort feel the moment we enter this condo. And most importantly very quiet for the block that we have chosen. -

Squarish layout. 2 lifts to 4 units. North facing units with pool/pond & table mountain view enjoy V.good fengshui wealth luck. -

Squarish layout & high privacy. 2 lifts serving 4 units each floor. Units facing North with water view meet fengshui wealth luck requirement. In addition, most units have unblock views. -

Child friendly and lovely Condo!
Bought this condo due to the proximity of Nan Hua Primary! My children love the facilities in this condo! 5 pools - one near Olympic size, 2 children pools and 2 other smaller but functional pools. A lovely playground for the children and Tennis court for me! We love that the estate has a running track and we use it mostly weekday evenings for walks and kids can scoot around the estate safely with no cars on the first floor. Huge and ample lots at the basement for parking. My house is airy and well-lit. And distance between blocks are decent and not too near. You have the west coast market within 15 min walk and NTUC just a shuttle service away at Clementi Mall! This is the only 999 LH property near Nan Hua Primary. Never regret moving into this condo! -

One of the best 999 LH in the West!
A hidden gem. Lived there for 5 years in this private housing enclave. Brings back great memories. Big glass panels in every area means well lit interiors of the unit. Great ventilation too. Huge swimming pool close to Olympic size with a number of other smaller ones. Certainly resort feel with large open air spaces, minimart. Ample parking with huge single floor basement carpark. Had 3 cars there at one point in time. Condo is conveniently located at the exit/entrace of AYE. Now it’s right opposite the newly opened NEWest which we didn’t get to enjoy previously. Shuttle services to Clementi Mall/MRT if you don’t wish to drive. -

super windy and convenient
I like regular shuttle bus service with friendly driver. Bus stop in front of main entrance. Windy house and i do not need aircon. Very bright master bath room. NTUC Fairprice and Fineness are nearby -

Cozy and convenient place
No regret to move this part of Singapore. Bus stop almost at door step. Two short distance bus stops to Clementi mrt.Pleasant environment. Look forward to the new shopping convenience neighbour hood. I gave 4 stars for now. Hope to up to 5 stars next review. Not able to click to give the stars below. Property guru please look into this. -
