We are a Yoga Studio in Chinatown looking to open a new branch, either in the East of Singapore or at Queensway / clementi area in the west.
We're on the look out for an ideal space which comprises the following:
- windowed unit which allows in plenty of daylight
- open and square floor area with minimal columns which can accommodate 20-30 yoga mats (irregular floor spaces impede this)
- water point in the unit so that we can add showers/ changing room
- a high level unit for privacy. we don't need foot traffic as we don't have walk ins
- accessible location with parking and mrt access
