Hi, the M ground floor commercial unit operating hours is subject to the approval of the MCST of the condo, and more often than not, they will not allow 24hours operating timing to avoid disturbance to residents, however you can check with them. Normal shopping mall restaurants have to follow the operating hours of the shopping malls, unless special permissions have been granted.

Operating Hrs of commercial is also contributed by the entrance of the ground floor unit. if there is own entrance to the restraurant or customer need to enter from the mall to the restuarant.
Chances of operating longer hrs is subject to entrance, aircon (are u allow to fixed ur own aircon) , are there residents above the mall or surrounding building.
These are the factor that contribute to the operating hrs.

The landlord will need to support the idea of operating longer hrs before any other application for approval.
