Well-Maintained Estate with Responsive Manage
Yishun Emerald is a well-maintained and pleasant condominium with a clean and peaceful environment. The common areas are regularly maintained, and the overall upkeep of the estate is commendable. The management team is responsive and proactive in addressing residents’ feedback and ensuring smooth daily operations. They put in consistent effort to maintain the estate and improve living conditions for residents. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. -

Relaxed resort style living in urban oasis
Here’s an updated 2025 review. Since Canberra MRT and Mall opened (6-min walk, undercover), the condo is highly accessible. As one of the tallest in the area, higher floors offer unobstructed views of the forest towards Johor Strait (east) and Sembawang landed properties (west), while lower floors enjoy tranquil gardens. The management keeps levies reasonable while maintaining excellent facilities—resort-style pool, gym, spa, tennis courts, and more. Room sizes are generous compared to central properties, ensuring a spacious, relaxed living experience. The manicured gardens and mature trees create a resort-like feel, with no traffic or MRT noise. Off to the pool—half hoping for waiter service. Less expensive than going to Bali! -

yishun emerald
Yishun emerald is a nice condominium- quiet surroundings, very close to northpoint city and mrt, with good connectivity and frequent buses, not to mention a good shuttle bus as well. large pool, well kept surroundings, good security guards. Would recommend this condo to others. -

Fantastic place to settle down
I've been living here for the last 9 years and loves the overall atmosphere. Nowadays it's hard to find condos with such large units and a huge pool/garden area so this stands out in Yishun Emerald. Connectivity is good with the codo shuttle bus and 4 feeder buses going towards Yishun MRT. Also the upcoming Canberra MRT is just one block away together with the upcoming Canberra Plaza which will be a huge plus for investors. I also like the fact that its within 1KM range to three primary schools and within 2KM range for another two so finding a schoold for the kids should not be an issue. Also the GEMS international shchool is within close proximity. -

rude security guard
stopping residence and guest going into the pool by saying that we are not in proper attire guard says that surfing pant is not allow and shirt is not to be worn in swimming pool but i am sure some of us wear shirt in swimming just that some of us is not comfortable in pant in public -

there are better ones out there
My 2yrs stay a lot of mosquitos. Put on whatever gadgets I can get in the market, spray repellents but still no use. Almost every night you will hear the buzzing sound. Very Irritating. Management office in charge is really xxxx. Everything you ask him, strictly by the books or all from higher management, he cannot decide and will pass message to committee members and he wont tell you their contacts. Omg, all the condos I have stayed b4, the management office in charge can make the necessary decision unlike the one in YE. my neighbour or ex-neighbour has 2 cars. When they shifted in, they applied for 2. They got 1 and they have to put themselves in the waiting list. The best part is, every night, the resident carpark (you can only gain en only if you have registered your iu unit with the office) has more than 150 free parking lots. To me, it is a joy every night because, I can choose my lots. But to those with 2 cars and above, is a nightmare. To make thing worse for them, the visitor carpark has only 40 lots. And every night, more than half is occupied by resident cars. Leaving like 10 lots for those on the waiting list for 2nd parking lots to park. If full, sorry, security guard will ask you to park at the hdb carpark which is about 10mins walk away. this condo is like a united nation. You feel like living in a rundown hotel meeting pple all over the world. everywhere I go to doesnt make me feel that this is a condo. Of course if you look at the swimming pool, then you can say oh ya, there is a swimming pool. To be honest, the swimming pool is not bad. But I dont consider buying a condo just becos of swimming pool. There are so many other things which I can list down. But I think the abv points are gd enough. I have stayed in 3 condos in the north, and I must say, this is 1 condo that I will never never consider buying regardless how good the price is. Cheers -

Resort in the North
Fell in love instantly the first time we went, as if your in a resort so feels very relaxing. Nice/well maintained amenities, perfectly designed units. -

One of the best high rise condo in the north. Quality interior. Beautify landscape. Scheduled shuttle service conveniently take us to central. We enjoy staying here! -

Resort In The North
Seen quite a number of condo in the North. This is one of the best in terms of interior layout, external landscape and facilities. On top of that is the low price compared to the developments in the vicinity though it is newer in comparison. Only setback is the long distance from the nearest MRT. To this, they provide free shuttle service to the nearest hawker, market and MRT. Would recommend this for people who like quiet environment. Very Resort feel! -
