efficient squarish layouts
nice for living at Woodsvale thanks to its squarish layouts that make it efficient for space planning and furniture placement. no awkward corner and very functional. good value on price due to this aspect, and also location close to mrt and neighbourhood amenities, plus standard condo facilities. -

2000s gem
completed at turn of century in 2000, Woodsvale is a millennium gem with spacious units and competitive pricing. though not in central singapore, it is well located within steps to Admiralty station and has a strict but friendly management for a well-maintained and rule abiding community. enjoy the upgrades like EV charging points for my future car, and system to facial recognition so i don't need to keep fumbling for my card. -

lovely balcony and more
soak up the vibes of this heartland resort condo called Woodsvale with the balcony at my ground floor unit. easy drive-in without long driveway, and a lot of facilities with olympic size pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and jacuzzi for relaxing. slow pace of life and tranquil environment here, very good for raising my family in no-drama environment. -

MCST is a fraud
Be careful when driving into this condo. The management likes to clamp vehicles and collect $250 fees. They'll not give warning or chance. Police has been involved many times but can't do anything. -

One of the few condos where one can buy a 3 b
One of the few condos where one can buy a 3 bed room 1227sf for a little more than $700,000. Even from an investment viewpoint, it can't go very wrong, given that it is about 9 minutes walk to Admiral -

Poor stay
Made the wrong decision renting here. Poorly maintained facilities and dirty pool. Gym equipment often malfunctioned. Furthermore, still need to pay additional $20 over dollars when booking function room on top of the monthly maintenance!. The unit I'm renting always have sewage problem. -

Is it still worth buying Woodsvale?
Potential Building Cracks and Sinking Ground Posted by Red'Tan on May 22, 2013 I have read many articles, news, feedbacks and etc. with high possibilities of building cracks and sinking ground nearby in the radius of 200m within the site of construction during the construction of underground road, viaduct and tunnel. These are evident by all previous cases such as Watten Estate and Singapore River surrounding area, (just to quote). Amazingly, NorthOak is just next to the North South Expressway. In some instances, where the building are declared unsafe and resulted being acquired by authority to demolish, the compensations are just miserable and time wasting. Even if it is still safe and repairable, what will happen to the price and the condominium as a whole? Note that the NSE is a super deep viaduct project tunneling under the seabed. Anyone have convincing information that the NSE projects that will be ongoing till 2035 will not affect these condominiums, both NorthOak and Woodsvale? I recommend this building for: Families with Children and Peace & Quiet. -

Best Condo in OCD
Just bought a unit in woodsvale after looking around 20 units and woodsvale is the best compared in all the other condos in woodlands, rooms are spacious, excellent facilities with swimming pool, big big jacuzzi, superb suana and nice gym. management is friendly and is not fuzzy,security is strict in letting guests in, as in they will intercom if they find anything suspicious. The landscape of the whole condo looks like a resort and u wont feel living in a flat. Overall the best place to live in. -
