  Sensible Layout | Posh Locality | Good Proxim

  The units have a sensible layout for condos of that era. Great access to restaurants and bars in the Robertson Quay area. River Valley, CBD and Orchard can be reached by car in a matter of minutes. Bars are also within walking distance, but thankfully far enough since that the noise cannot be heard, especially during World Cup. Great jogging area along the Singapore River too!

  Grand Location

  Excellent location with immediate access to a whole range of restaurants, eateries bars in the Robertson Quay and Robertson Walk area. Also close to pre-schools in the area and plenty of space for young and older kids to play outdoors by the river. Just beautiful.

  Great riverside living with excellent residen

  Living here has been a real dream. A quick lift to the ground floor brings you directly to the Singapore River with great food, sights and outdoors - never a dull moment! The apartments are good sized and modern and quiet, you don’t have crazy neighbours and everyone is friendly and nice. just look at the size of the pool compared to Intercontinental next door! I often walk to Great World City, Chinatown Point and 313 Somerset. Better still, the place is walking distance to 3 MRT stations: Great World, Fort Canning and Somerset.

  Nice for single or couple

  Next to Singapore River and walking distance to future Great World City MRT. Units are squarish and functional. The downside is that units are East or West facing. Ideal facing should be NS.

  Great area and condo

  Stayed here with family and we loved it. The location which has become the Resi-hotspot with cafés, restaurants and riverfront just outside your doorstep. Some units have dated interiors, but others are very nicely renovated to high standards! Recommended for couples and families.

  Fantastic location

  I have stayed in the penthouse for a few years. Best location for someone who wants to live by the river, near restaurants, cafes and within 5 mins taxi ride to central business district. The penthouse is bright, squarish layout with a nice roof terrace for outdoor entertainment.

  Location and environment

  My husband and I started renting here last year. This Condo is fantastic. Location, location, location. Right in the city within walking distance of so many eateries and places for a drink. Five minutes from Orchard Road, other shopping. Convenient to anyplace we need to go. So quiet when by the pool... you would never know you are in the city. We are in a 3 bedroom with a +1 (maid's room) and study. I use the study as a walk in closet. Be careful when looking at listings for 3 bedrooms and be sure to ask if they have the maid's room and study, which is unusual.

  Excellent for family with young kids

  We've been staying here for more than a year and we like watermark very much. Though the interior may not be perfect, but we just love it's location and the facilities-have almost everything that could keep the toddlers entertained. It's location is great because we can walk to nearby restaurants within 5 minutes, yet the noise from the whole stretch of restaurant along robertson quay does not affect us. Hence highly recommend this for expats with young kids.
