    Non-Stop Construction Noise, Poor Management

I’ve been living at The Trillium for a year with my family, and the experience has been extremely frustrating, mainly due to constant construction noise both inside and outside the condo. Living here genuinely feels like living in an active construction zone. Noise starts early, goes on throughout the day, and there is rarely any real peace, even within the condo itself. What’s worse is that construction works inside the condo regularly exceed the permitted hours. Despite repeated feedback from residents, management simply shrugs and says there’s nothing they can do. There is little to no enforcement, which leaves residents feeling helpless and ignored. Instead of protecting residents’ living conditions, management appears passive and unwilling to step in.

Low density lifestyle living at amazing locat

I’ve been living at The Trillium for about a year with my family of 4, and the experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Environment is pleasant for my kids, community is friendly & condo staff are polite. It’s a low density project, with plenty of common space within & around the condo, with Kim Seng Park & Robertson Quay a short stroll away. Facilities are well maintained & easy to book, such as tennis courts & BBQ pits. Parking is plentiful & bike racks well managed. Location gets full marks - right opposite a mall, exit 1 of MRT, & next to PCN. There are many rules by MCST, but vast majority of them are reasonable & for the benefit of everyone living here, hence no issues. Condo management is decently competent & responsive. Construction around atm, but not too bothersome.

Poor investment and One of the most disappoin

The Trillium is aggressively underwhelming. For a condo that markets itself as premium, the reality is embarrassing: dated interiors, awkward layouts, and common areas that feel neglected rather than exclusive. The building has clearly not aged well, and upkeep is inconsistent at best. Management is another low point—slow responses, poor communication, and a general lack of accountability. Issues that should be simple become unnecessarily painful. For the amount residents are paying, the service level is unacceptable. Worst of all is the value. Prices suggest high-end living, but the experience feels closer to a tired, aging development coasting on its name and location. There are many better-managed, newer, and more thoughtfully designed condos in Singapore. The Trillium simply isn’t one

    Big Red Flags for Families

Not only is this place not family-friendly, it feels genuinely unsafe for young children. There have been multiple reports from residents that young kids can’t even play in the playground without experiencing aggressive behaviour and threatening language from some grown-ups and helpers, yet nothing effective is done about it. Security consistently ignores or downplays these incidents instead of protecting children, which is unacceptable in a residential environment. Helpers from outside the condo are often seen taking over play areas like the sandpit and swings, treating them like a social spot rather than respecting the fact that these are children’s spaces.Other facilities — like the playground and basketball court — have been closed or out of order for long periods, with no updates.

    Extremely disappointing - Not family-friendly

In short: expensive, poorly maintained, unsafe for children, and badly managed — not worth the hype or the price. I would strongly caution families and anyone looking for a peaceful, secure home against living here. I regret choosing The Trillium Condo as a home. Despite its prime location near Great World City and MRT, the living experience has been far below expectations. The management is ineffective, communication is slow or nonexistent, and many basic issues are simply ignored by those in charge. Safety for families with kids is a major concern. Several residents have reported aggressive behaviour towards children and threats that were brushed off by security and management, creating an unsafe environment for families. Helpers from other condos treat common areas like a social club.

Extremely Disappointing – Not a Healthy Commu

If you have children or are planning to, do yourself a huge favor and look anywhere but here. The Trillium may market itself as a luxury condo, but it’s absolutely not a place for kids. The community is cold, unwelcoming, and downright hostile toward families, and it’s honestly the worst environment I’ve experienced for raising children with mean / aggressive situations from adults to the kids ignored by security. And don’t even get me started on the ineffective management that refuses to address these problems, not to mention the constant construction noise and dust surrounding the property. It’s impossible to relax in an environment like this. In short, if you value your kids’ happiness and well-being, stay away from The Trillium. This is not a community.

Noise, dust and not family frienly

Absolutely terrible living conditions. The amount of dust and constant noise is unbearable, largely due to ongoing construction in and around the condo. It feels impossible to rest, work, or even relax at home. Windows can’t be opened without dust settling everywhere, and the noise starts early and goes on for hours. What’s worse is the persistent sewage and damp smells that come and go. The stench is genuinely disgusting and makes parts of the unit feel unhygienic. The air often feels stale and unhealthy, which is especially worrying if you have children. This is not a kid-friendly environment at all. Between the noise, dust, and bad smells, it feels unsafe and uncomfortable for young kids to live here. Many nice families have left, and we will as soon as we can.

A luxury condo with the best location in RV

I’ve been living at The Trillium for a while now, and I like to share my experience. It has a huge land area, lots of greenery, and the buildings are spaced well apart. The bedrooms are of good size, with amble space for queen size bed and study table. Eventhough the plot is large, the no. of units is very low, which makes the environment peaceful and not crowded. The facilities are amazing and well maintained. Whether it’s the pool, gym, 2 tennis courts(very rare for condo with 200+ units), they are always easily available without overcrowded. Location, it’s probably the best in entire RV. Great World City is just across the road, MRT station right at doorstep which is extremely convenient. Another thing I love is the river park connector nearby, great for exercise or simply a walk in evenin

A condo not meant for families with young chi

I am living in this condo for the past 6 years and now will be moving out . The location of the condo is superb . But there has been construction for the last 5 years and also going to be tons of construction around for the next few years and the noises are really unbearable. The condo management comes up with obnoxious rule and there is no way you can request them to review it . For example, small kids cant play football in the multi purpose court which has a small basketball hoop. Only basketballs are allowed. There are thousand restrictions on where and how kids can play. People coming with a bike cant use the barrier gate and can only use the small gate. Most of the rules have no logic and is not meant for residents .
