    Convenient Area for families

    Good connectivity to Mrt and buses. Near to malls, schools and eateries. Good potential for psf growth with future west coast station in walking distance.

    good potential

    this property has a good potential for growth. surrounding new condo top with price above 2000psf and only 99yr. this is freehold and below 2000psf. furthermore with the upcoming mrt station cross island line only 100m from this condo is going to add value. many still do not know. also near ammenties of hawker and wet market and ntuc.. so convenient. however the downside is maybe near to aye.

    Overpriced

    This is an overpriced condo, the condo facilities often gets closed for maintenance or repair and remain closed for quite sometime. Basement car park area looks run down and other condos car park looks much much better in comparison. Securities often comes across as rude and are fussy. Interior fittings are getting old and often needs replacement/repair. Overall not at all worth paying the rent landlords ask nowadays

    The parc condo

    The management and guards are completely terrible. Never had such a bad experience before. The guards are rude, abusive&vulgar and when you complain to management they just brush you off saying nothing happened . Terrible services and planning,

    not worth paying such high rental

    I recently tenanted a 1+study unit and does not feel good about this property. Pro: near clementi mrt, Ayer rajah food Centre, west coast market. Some facilities such as skating track not commonly found at other condo but I hardly use them. Con: very high rental price @2.9k for a 667sf unit. And 3br unit @4k. I think there's nothing special in this condo that's worth such high rental. But one most important thing is that Potential buyer or tenant of this property pls be very careful of the "damages" you need to pay because the floor, fixture and fittings of this property are of low quality. Within a few months the floor is scratched, wall showed hairline cracks, doors of sliding wardrobe dropped out, sink and bath tub stopper mechanism stopped working. Talked to neighbours and found out that they face similar problems as the pre installed furniture by developers easily fall apart. I am not a person who is so destructive and I have rented at many places before for the past 15 yrs but this is the first place I face so much problem and has to bear and pay for so much damages (and maybe partly due to calculative landlord too). View is totally unpleasant as my unit is facing hdb and all I can see everyday are hanged clothes. Note: all 1 and 2 br units in this property are facing hdb. In my opinion, blue horizon is a much better place to rent at as the rental are negotiable to 3.2k for a 1000+sq 3br unit which i recently view and it's within walking distance to west coast market. The shuttle bus is frequent (there's no shuttle bus at the parc except for the one by west coast plaza which is hardly punctual). I assume the next place which I am going to rent after my contract completes in few months time is Blue horizon or the Vision.

    Parc Condo

    Near yet not near to amenities. Go and see and you will know what i meant. Noise from highway is a killer. Price too high. Rental yield is poor for the price sellers ask.

    Has some good, some bad, some rude

    We have lived in the Parc for two years. Pros: + Good shopping, hawker centers, and wet market near by. + We don't have a car and don't need one as Clementi station is close enough and to bus stops. + Room layout, although small, is adequate. + Building management is generally responsive although not always open to suggestions. Cons: + The interior finish is not well done. The floors scratch easily, the fixtures of cheap quality and come off too easily. Within a few months of moving in, things started falling apart (and we are the first tenants). Fortunately, our landlord is responsive and she fixes things quickly. + Some of the security guards are rather rude (but others are quite friendly). We have kids are they are often yelling out our kids to stop bouncing balls, etc. + It is expensive for the location and size. In summary, we generally like living here as renters but would not buy one of the units as they are too expensive and interior finish too cheaply done.

    I live here and I do not want to sell it.

    It's a great condo after all. No matter you own a car or not, it is great for transportation with all buses and MRT. For me, 10 min if you know how to walk through the HDB. One great thing is the nearby amenities, namely, food, supermarkets, shops, ranging from cheap and fresh Sengsong to high class ColdStorage (I deem it as high class for a super market.) From so many food centers/food courts to nice bars and restaurant. Also with good international schools (Jap, US, etc.) And a nice swimming pool, clean and not crowded. Also not very crowded for the gym. Mostly expats, westerners, Japanese, Koreans, you name it.

    The parc surrounding

    i am very surprise that the condo average psf is around 1065psf based on april transaction. Imagine surrounding condo is selling for 1000-1100psf with no view. This FH project most of the units come with superb view is definitely undervalue. The new project vision, seahill already selling 1200psf to 1700psf for a 99yrs properties. And bear in mind this is the only tallest condo in westcoast that is walking distance to the clementi MRT.
