Home for over a decade
I’ve lived at Parc Emily in 2 different apt units for 13 years. The recent upgrading works have spurned up the place considerably. Some find the rules “restrictive,” but I see them as thoughtful, keeping things fair, peaceful, and neighborly. Kids can still play and run around the communal areas but not remove the outdoor furniture and make a mess. There’s a park nearby that is perfect for letting loose. Even the small tennis court fee and booking system make sense. it keeps things accessible and give all residents a chance to actually enjoy the facilities. Management does a great job balancing safety and order. I wholeheartedly recommend this small community that is Parc Emily. -

Good location and good looking facilities. Ba
Good location and attractive facilities, but the atmosphere has changed. Management has introduced restrictive rules and higher fees, which creates bad energy and makes the condo feel poorly managed compared to before. -

Once family friendly, now restrictive. Expens
Need to pay 10 SGD per hour for tennis court and one slot per week Children not allowed to play downstairs after school The new condo management is bad with little consideration for most residents -

Tranquil Residence In The Heart of City
Parc Emily is in the heart of city within short walking distance to 4 MRT stations, Rochor, Little India, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut. Despite being in a bustling area, you don't get sound of busy traffic, as it's up an exclusive lane, Mount Emily Road. It's right next to Mount Emily Park, a nice spot for walk or run. Condo comes with large pool, functional gym and tennis court. Most neighbours are expats from different parts of the world. Friendly professionals. Tenants include singles, couples and family. Only drawback is lack of supermarket to do grocery shopping after Cold Storage relocated, so 1 star deducted. I've lived here for 15 years, and tried looking for another place to move to but have not found one more convenient and conducive. It's truly a lovely place I call home. -

Parc Emily
Near to Mount Emily Park at the tail end of Mount Emily. One can reach CTE, PIE and MCE fairly quickly and is at the juncture of Little India and Orchard -

Don't judge by exterior look
Location wise best. Rest is up to individual taste. Poor management. Noisy neighbour partying. Sorry not my cup of coffee. -

Huge Potential - Hip and trendy area
Parc Emily is a true gem. Under 300 units - not a mass condo, with full (gorgeous pool) facilities. And its right smack in town. With 2 new MRTs nearby (Bencoolen + Rochor upcoming), its walking distance to 4 MRT stations. The whole area is undergoing major transformation with snazzy restaurants, designer furniture stores and new malls. Walking distance to the Art district - but Parc Emily is the gem in the area simply cos the other developments tend to be small, without much facilities. A full facility condo in town under 2000psf?! Its a no brainer. -

Location + facilities
200m away from future DTL Little India MRT interchange (which is 1 stop from Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange), next to Mount Emily Park; which is right next to gate of Istana (good fengshui). Full condo facilities (such as tennis court, 50m lap pool, spacious gym, pool side bbq), ample parking space for residents and guests, so dont need to worry if you are throwing a party. Stone throw from Tekka wet market where you can find fresh and cheap food, plus great food at the hawker center and little india area. Once LTA finish the construction of DTL in 2015, expect to see many development such as hotels and restaurants along Mckenzie Road. -

small rooms...
the one bedders dun look very comfy.. barely enough walking space after putting in a queen-sized bed. Otherwise location is great! -

Location good but otherwise....
I second the Review given earlier that location is good but there is a lot lacking in the unit ,ie not much ventilation,no sound insulation ,mold ,small rooms- wasted space. -
