Quiet peaceful condo which banned dogs from u
Condo is well maintained for age, with a private lift layout for most 3bedders. However you are a dog owner or plan to own one in future, kindly note that the dogs are not allowed in the private lifts at all. The same set of regulations applies throughout the condo with limitations on where dogs/ pets are allowed with penalty of $100 where caught. -

Palm Gardens - best condo!
Having moved house 8 times as I'm fastidious, I am happy that I have finally found my permanent abode in Palm Gardens! We've lived here for the past 11 years, and still loving it! The private lift and a separate back door are rare, bowling alley too. Windows everywhere, even the kitchen and dining area. The master bathroom has 2 windows on opposite ends, allowing for cross ventilation. Planter areas in 2 rooms. Friendly neighbours, good committee members who organize regular outings complete with buses to pick up and drop off at our condo. The young and old love it! The estate is very well maintained and clean! Parking is aplenty too, in B1 and B2. 2nd car park for $50 per month. Full facilities yet maintenance fees is less than $300 per month. New video intercom system too. -

One of the very rare condo in Singapore to feature an bowling alley as part of its faciltiies. But its supposedly not quite popular since thereafter, hardly any other condos follow suit. -

Best Value for Money Condo
It is the best value for money condo so far. It has perfect access for those using public transports like me. Going to city center is so convenient after the Downtown Line is operating. Also going to the West and North is equally convenient. The condo is the typical condo build in early 2000 with ample of open spaces. We can't find such luxury in the newly built developments. A lot of green features for kids to run around and play in the afternoon. The private lift feature also adds in a luxury feeling of the condo. Maintenance is very good. Never regret buying a unit here. -

The lovely home to stay for long
I am the owner since day 1. Appreciate the good management team in this condo, it always looks clean, well maintain and safe. Full facilities plus private lifts condo our management fee cost less than $300 for a unit size around 1450 sqft, where to find? Most neighbours are kind and friendly. It is a paradise to most of us. -

Gem in CCK
This estate has one of the best maintained landscape and compound. A peaceful and serene ambiance with private lift access besides the common service lift for exclusiveness. Convenient to public transport via LRT to CCK MRT/Lot 1 [2 LRT stops away] or Bukit Panjang MRT/Bukit Panjang Mall [3 LRT stops away]. Truly a value estate~! -

Resort Living
Extremely peaceful atmosphere ... Good for families with small kids ... CCK MRT is 10 mins walk and LRT at door ... Extremely clean and full of greenery ... As it is named , its really a garden .. well maintained . No litters anywhere ... well designed layout ... value for money . We bought the unit after viewing many other condos ( warren , northvale , regent groove , palm green , wintermere , yee mee green ) and this was best among the condos we viewed . It has got sauna and bowling alley ..Yay! -

Palm Gardens Getting Better And Better!
Been staying here for about 6 years. It has been great! Big environment for residents and chidren to roam around. There is even a big koi pond with 2 BBQ pits that are sheltered, so rain or shine; BBQ can go on. I have been to other condo and really upset by peeling paint walls, litter floors and residents hanging clothing at their windows. You won't see this in Palm Garden, I swear. In addition, some new HDB blocks are building up nearby and there will be supermarket and food court pretty soon. With LRT station just across the road, big room and reasonable price. You won't find another condo like this. Moreover, this is the only condo in the West with private lift. I will be staying here for a long time.... -

PH unit
Layout of the living room rather odd; with very high ceiling and wasted space. Second floor is the master bedroom and a common room; with very limited space between these two rooms. Master bathroom rather small, about that of HDB flat. -
