gd design
the One Balmoral condo architects and developer know what they are doing. the design is so grand yet welcoming, with vertical landscaping for green views, privacy, close to the road yet not too noisy. well spaced apart, with low density living, efficient spacious layouts and high ceilings. they also used high quality fittings, and designed the facilities to be just right: gym, clubhouse, lap pool. grand and large entrance. -

best drop off
it's so spacious, so big, feels like a grand hotel. that old school stone design makes it feel like im not in singapore, with the revolving doors and high ceilings decked out that's atypical of Singapore architecture.also like to head to my place via the private lift, such delightful. enjoy a drink overlooking the calming forest from my large balcony. -

minimized noise
One Balmoral has minimized the noise by using double glazed bedroom windows so i hardly hear any traffic sounds. no uncouth neighbours around, and using the facilities are a joy. it is easy to rent out as the bedrooms are ensuite, so there's maximum privacy. even own family members won't need to disturb each other. very comfortable stay, fitting of the prestige and pricing in a convenient and central area. -

One Balmoral, Block 1 - Delightful Stay
The landscaping is lovely, and a large drop off area with plenty of sofa seating. Overall facilities and condo premise are kept clean. Our three bedrooms are all ensuite, which is a rare find. The rooms are very spacious. Private lift access is a delight. The view from our big balcony, is a small forest which is so calming, and we are able to view part of the Festive Fireworks at night. I’ve read some of the complaints by other residents, but our stay has been enjoyable. The double glazed bedroom windows sufficiently blocks any traffic sounds, so no issue for us. Location is excellent – 1 bus stop away from Far East Plaza / 15 mins walk to Orchard. The pros out number the cons. I would recommend One Balmoral with thumbs up. -

Excellent place to live in central sg
Great location, good swimming pool and function room and modern gym with kettlebells - a mcst that cares and listens to their Residents -

Tranquil living in the heart of Singapore.
Had the opportunity to rent one of the apartments. The pool is very clean, gym might be small but it has all the equipments to complete a workout. It is not a busy gym at all. Appliances in apartment are all modern. Location is top notch, you can walk to Orchard road. Newton MRT and Stevens MRT are all witching 1km away. Private lifts goes up to your own apartment. There are bbq pits, equipment with top notch quality. Function room which you can book comes with fridge freezer, sink and washing area. Huge dining table, sofa, wall decor makes this function room an extra extension to your entertaining experience. There is nothing I do not like about this condo. Ample parking for more than you can imagine. Security staff were all courteous yet efficient in a friendly manner. -

I liked in the minute I saw it, very tranquil & resort like. Beautiful landscaping. Good sized units with private lifts. -

modern, luxurious condominium
really good location with good schools and transportation system nearby, the condominium is well built too with beautiful amenities. the actual units have fine workmanship and top of the line appliances! -
