BIG space not an illusion
Mirage Tower at Kim Seng is superb. the BIG space is certainly not an illusion here, with a 1BR almost as big as a HDB 3room flat and with an efficient square layout! think the true mirage is how skinny the building manages to appear despite having so much space within. perhaps that is the trend of the 1990s, which is when this freehold condo was built. nowadays this luxury of space at an affordable price is likely unheard of. -

sun seT over the Sg River
just gorgous, the sun setting over the Singapore river at my perch from Mirage Tower just gets me everytime. orange ball of flame, or pink light streaks, sometimes cloudly but always spectacular. best view is high up of course, from 33 floor. it's just directly across Singapore River -

good entrypt into River Valley
prime location, district 9. River Valley can be pricey but Mirage Tower is one of the value condos for those entering the space. superb location too, short walk to Great World mall and 2 MRT. Zion hawker serves cheap and tasty food too but can be hot and sweaty. park connector nice for a jog too, with bars quick cab away and such. -

quality not a mirage
Mirage Tower is close to town with its Kim Seng address, spacious units breezy and natural lighting. even condo facilities are well maintained only dated and abit basic/old -

opp my fave hawker
when i worked at Kim Seng, always go to Zion Road Hawker to eat prawn noodle etc. now i am living at Kim Seng thanks to Mirage Tower back to my favourite hawker and also for shopping at Great World with direct MRT access and Alexandra PCN everything is good -

Mirage Tower
built in the 90s, this Mirage Tower is a good entry point to ths district 9 area. plus it is freehold and is by CDL a much sought after developer -

Refreshingly bright and strategically located
Easily accessible through two MRTs City Hall and Havrlock. Great for biking and jogging along the river.. A wide range of food options from Zion Hawker to Fancy restaurants. Shop for groceries at Great World. Facilities are newly upgraded including the lifts and well maintained.. Enjoy hanging out by the pool and people spotting. -

DISCRIMATION
I visited my brother on 25 Aug, 2013. This time around I drove a pick up there. To my horror they allow me to visit but my pick up had to park at refuse dump pit driveway which is on the main road. No issue if i drive a car. I approached the Security Guard for an explanation, and she told me that MC decided such ruling. Interesting to know why discriminate citizen in such a manner by the type of vehicle one drives. It is not against the gov't policy. I hope the MC can give a good explanation. -

Good Location
Near Great World City. Within walking distance to future Kim Seng MRT station to be ready by 2018. Few minutes drive to financial district (Shenton Way, Robinson Rd, etc). Near some great eateries. -

Idea location with upcoming Kim Seng MRT
Mirage Tower is superbly located near Great World City along Singapore river and also the upcoming Kim Seng MRT (Thomson line) that will be ready by 2018. Studio size is spacious yet affordable compared to neighboring projects like Tribeca which is selling > 2000psf! Rental for studio is well-liked by Japanese and is only 3.1k to 3.5k, idea for expats. -
