For Nature Lovers
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is best suited for anyone who thrives in a tranquil living environment. I especially love the cool, fresh air that flows through from the reservoir in the mornings. Sense of privacy is excellent as there are relatively fewer units here compared to other developments, and most units are well spaced out. -

Great place to live in, great property invest
I am puzzled reading the ridiculous reviews giving one star to this property with different no-sense arguments. I would invite anyone who may be interested to come and see for yourself. Great place. -

A real gem!
M@P is a truly unique development in Singapore close to the nature and away from high rise. The children love to watch monkeys and look for wild life at the upper lower peirce reservoir park. We love it! -

Resort living with beautiful landscapes.
Resort living, peaceful and beautiful landscape. Near to reservoir and wild boars! Many good eateries nearby. Direct bus to Orchard road, City Hall and Raffles Place. -

Beautiful development
A rare find in Singapore. We looked at many properties in Singapore and fell in love with Meadows@Peirce. Lovely to come home to our sanctuary after a busy day work. It is nice not to be surrounded by high rise buildings and closed to the nature. -

Huge potential, real nightmare
We have been in Singapore for 5 years, seen many condos and areas, and when we chose Meadows we were enthusiastic: so relaxing, breezy, beautiful surroundings, great size for both unit itself and rooms...and then, after few months only, it's a nightmare. We have never met so rude and uneducated people! Management is absent, totally unable to take action, dog owners leave their pets' excrements around the garden, our kids already happened to step on "something" many times, dogs are left with no leash even with kids around; there is no changing room or toilet near one of the pools, so some parents think it's a good idea to allow their kids to use public showers as a toilet, leaving yellowish puddles behind. We tried to interact and ask people to be considerate, the feedback was even worse. This is a beautiful place, its design and position makes it unique in Singapore, but if this anarchy goes on, nobody but unacceptably nasty people will remain. -

over-priced
The location of the project is a negative point which is without a good public transport links. The units are overpriced in comparison to units at the more accessible Sky Habitat or Thomson Grand. In terms of facilities, its without tennis courts which is a minus point especially when they can build a bird-watching tower and dog path?? The Gym is small and the swimming pool is full of dead flies due to the proximity to the nature reserve which attracts these flies. Far from amenities and with so many listings for sale, this will tell you to watch out. -
