loft living at Lakepoint
the loft style units at Lakepoint Condo are onpoint with high ceilings, and spacious definitely a rare sight nowadays -

right beside Lakeside
Lakepoint is beside Lakeside MRT, direct connection and can also stroll around the jurong lake gardens area. built in 1983, construction works had been ongoing for the jurong lake gardens but now it's done it's amazing and im so happy my parents had the foresight to buy here -

Lakepoint Condo in Jurong area offers the tranquil peace of the lake and the green gardens. plus the condo facilities include the usual like pool gym bbq, as well as squash court! -

Lakepoint Condo
A matured estate sitting on big piece of land with medium and low rise apartments. It has shops within the condo. About 10 minutes to Lakeside MRT station and short drive to Jurong Point Shopping Centre. Easily forgotten but it has a good potential for redevelopment given the development in Jurong Lake District. Generally the units are large and some are maisonettes -

Rare Find In the West!
Chanced upon this Condo during a recent visit to my friend's place. It is sited on a land area of over 500,000 sq ft with very spacious exterior. Saw 3 bar-be-que pits, a decent sized rectangular pool, tennis courts, a squash court, a big gym. has even a mini-mart, hair saloon and cake shop. was told that there are around 300 units; most of which are duplexes ranging from 1800 to 3000 over sq ft. The smallest unit size is around 900 sq ft. heard that the place had a re-painting recently and there is a sheltered walkway that will be built all the way from the rear entrance to the Lakeside MRT that is 5 minutes away. Maintenance fees are also relatively low compared to neighbouring condos. Very quiet and serene environment. The only drawback is that it is old as it was built in 1983.. -

Buy for stay
For those who are eyeing for enbloc, my advice is: not now. The resale market has gone crazy, sellers asking for “market price”, it is really up to the buyers to decide if they should ignore the basis of these pricing. Consider all these: 1) Unlike government land, developer buy and can start building with that land cost, but for old 99-years private land, the same land pricing is a guide, but forgetting not there are charges: a) the millions of dollars required to top up the land lease back to 99 years, b) millions of dollars to pay development charges for the additional new floor area. 2) The “market price” of any unit is now 4 times the price it was before the race. So, buy only if you need it for stay, and pinning hope on enbloc with these “market price” will only land you sacrifying your tear. -

60S looking condo
If you enjoy retro stuff, this condo is for you. It look very 60S. eye sore exterior and interior. I think this management should need spanking! How long never re paint liao? So many plot of land around and you calling this enbloc potential? 800K for the bigger size unit I also must think until next year. -

Best Buy In The West
Just got a place in Lakepoint. Great environment. Unit design is uniquely spacious. One of the better older estate compared to others of similar age. No regrets! -
