  A freehold gem at Meyer Road. one of the first to be built in this prestigious address before all the new developments are coming up. Hawaii Tower has been here since 1984. good thing about being a pioneer is that the land was already decided first by this project and the units as a result are bigger than others (also due to the age). my king bed and big L-shape sofa can all go here yay

  near2 katongmrt

  Hawaii Tower just steps awy from the new Katong MRT on the thomson east coast line. also near2 others like beach, stadium, schools, and even the city. east of Sg living in an Old World charm. comfortable and large units above 2,000 sq ft. food around is good too, never run out of delicious cafes and restaurants 2dine at.

  lots of facilities in Hawaii

  many facilities in Hawaii Tower. has tennis and even rarer squash courts, with pool, bbq, clubhouse, playground,. units have such high ceilings, mine was newly renovated. interior has a separate utility/helper room too. around is beach, although currently the peace and quiet is slightly shattered by the new Meyer Road occupants. gonna make this area so atas now. everyone is rushing for the seaview.

  a Hawaii in Katong

  the design is certainly unique like 2 coiled towers or maybe pineapple sticks? anyway, beyond the unique name and unique look, it's in the prime katong area close to beach and now Katong Park MRT. kinda old school but spacious, staying here with my big extended fam since my childhood and i'm so used to it here. used to tell my classmates i stay hawaii. haha

  excellent for hostess with mostest

  very big units at Hawaii Towers and the selling point is big kitchen too. great for hosting guests especially for me and my husband as we love cooking and entertaining. even have our neighbours over. helper has her own room too. sometimes we head to the east coast beach with our pup too, it's indeed very convenient!

  1984 classic

  Old World flava at Hawaii Tower. practical but nostalgic design, slightly dated features but making up for it in size. established 40+ years ago in a prime space that is quick to access the city and key areas like the beach. low density as there are only about 130+ families staying here in this 21-storey building there's a squash court here as well!

  peaceful, spacious

  Hawaii Tower is a quiet and spacious dev in Katong area. this freehold retails its tranquil charm and relaxing vibe in this corner of eastern Singapore. is also close to ECP for an active day out especially if you have pets for evening jog. price kinda steep though, given its spaciousness, location and freehold status despite being completed 41 yrs ago in 1984.

  Very close to ECP and highway

  Most convenient home that I stayed at in the past. It was close to the highway if you need to get to places fast, and it was pretty close to ECP

  Old interior

  Becos it's an older condo, the interior of the units arent really cutting it. So many things need fixing and would cost alot of money if you want to make it look good or look new again
