Flora serenity
Flora Drive is one of the most peaceful enclaves in Singapore, despite being near to Changi Airport. Dahlia Park Condo is located here n it's really a haven of serenity that is hard to come by elsewhere. beautiful condo grounds too -

value for money buy
moved here Dahlia Park Condo few years ago and it's one of the most value for money buy. perhaps this is coz of the location, but the tranquil feel, spacious units, freehold status etc really makes it great compared to newer, smaller developments -

friendly guards
security at Dahlia Park Condo r alert, yet helpful and friendly. my guests arrived for my girl's birthday at the fn room n the process was smooth. kudos -

No frills condo with just the right facilitie
No frills condo with just the right facilities and right sizes. Landscape is attractive without being ostentatious. -

Nice, quiet enclave
This condominium is smaller and thus quieter than those in the neighbourhood with a great mix of tenants/owners. Transport links has and will improve tremendously over the years. The units, with slight renovations on some parts which wear and tear after a while, would be great. Within this development, its location (slightly inside the estate but still much closer to the main road that the newer developments) and FH status makes it special. Also, most blocks have good air-flow as they are unblocked and in a great neighbourhood. -

A nice place to live in
This is a small development in flora drive with only 200 over units. Because of the size, the swimming pool is most of the time empty except for weekends i.e. u can have the whole swimming pool to yourself most of the time. This place is quiet and peaceful - a good study environment and away from the busy and noisy city life. Though there is lack of amenities in the surrounding, the mini mart in the condo provide the residences with most of the essentials. The new sbs bus service also improve the transportation link in this area. The condo is very well maintained - good cleaniness and security. Overall a good place to live in. -

Better after a few years
Staying here for a few years now. Public transport is here now. A lot of other Condo start to be ready to live in. Flora Drive Rd is full open up to ease up traffic. Nice place to stay. -

Good and bad...
As sayed. Layout and facilities are ok. I am also ok with crowded weekends swimming pool as long as it is cleaned. It is quite on weekdays which i like it. The only let down is transport links. -

So Far away
There a lot of condos along Flora Rd, Mariam Way etc. Though some may be nice and new, but these developments are really far away, its a long way deep in. The Big draw back is of course it is so near the Changi Prison! Developers should sell cheaper for condos here to compromise staying next or being a neighbour to Changi Prison -
