    Cube 8 was very difficult to live in

    Cube 8 was very difficult to live in due to the surrounding North-South Corridor construction. Noise often continued 24/7, and even after feedback to LTA the works were still allowed round-the-clock for another 5 years. Dust was heavy — opening windows/balcony doors was not pleasant. There were also frequent renovation noises within the condo as neighbours moved in/out. Facilities are limited (tiny gym) and dusty surrounded by work sites. Soundproofing inside units felt very poor, and public transport access is super inconvenient with detour walks in hot/dusty areas. Management responsiveness, security and cleanliness were also disappointing in my experience.

    I suspect that the reviews are all fair. I have grown to be able to live with the noise (which is not very bad if you can live with your windows closed). It doesnt have the best facilities but they are not as crowded as the neighbouring developments Affected by the ongoing construction related to the underground expressway. No more issues with management Views are unbeatable (with the right facings)

    Well maintained and a condo with great view

    This condo was built in Y2014 but it doesn't feels like it is a 7year old condo as it is very well maintained. Personally, I like condo management who has stricter rule & regulations to protect the interest of the residents. Per mentioned previously, this is a very well maintained condo all thanks to the management and their stricter rules. Addition bonus is the unblocked good view and it is breezy all year round. Transport link, it is easily accessible to PIE and nearby MRTs (new mrt station is completing soon). Food, abundance of options around. Velotcity and square 2 is walking distance.

    Great condo for city living

    Condo in great location, close to city with multiple mrt options. Luxury finishes and well maintained. Good security and strict management to ensure condo is well run.

    Good view and transport network

    What intrigued me most is the good unblocked view from the units there. Good transport links - easy access to Novena and Toa Payoh makes it convenient to move around. Thankfully, the bad mgt has left.

    Very atas(upmarket) architecture.

    Very atas(upmarket) architecture. But you better be someone who usually sleep in aircon environment as the noise from PIE can be a challenge. Great fittings and layout.

    Two Year imprisonment

    Going in this building just like going through customs. Visitors unfriendly. Being a tenant here has no privileges to escort visitors or contractors into your own home. inconsistence service.

    Concerned owner and resident

    I have been a resident of Cube 8 apartments since TOP. Enough has been said about the positives and negatives of the unit/condo/ location itself, so I should not elaborate any further. Even though I did not have any intention to post a review, I feel a responsibility to do so after reviewing the prior comment on "improved property management". I must say the management team has been the worst I've ever come across in the last 20 years of condo living. The job of management is to SERVE THE RESIDENTS, to ensure a peaceful enjoyment of the units they have invested so much money for.. It's not just "property maintenance" as the previous commenter pointed out. Under the management of Vincent Tang, this has been an IMPOSSIBLE place to live in. He constantly adopts bad attitude towards residents, arrogant and dismissive, poor response time, and has blatantly lied on several occasions to residents and management council, as confirmed by multiple residents. While I love the unit and the location, I cannot wait to sell. Not unless they finally do something about the terrible management team.

    Would like give an objective review. Quality furnishing and architecture. Good location, affordable D11 freehold. Near town. No lack of food choices. Facilities are not over crowded like mass market or big projects. Feels exclusive. Near macritchie reservoir if you like nature. Yes, it’s near major roads but traffic noise usually during peak hour. This is typical for city living, Spore are surrounded by roads anyway. It’s not that bad at night or weekends. The double glazed windows do block out the noise and with aircon, our sleep are not affected in anyway. As for Mgt, think they did improve on their communication after feedback. There’s no perfect Mgt team since we are all human but as long they did well in maintaining the property, at least job is done. Guess you can’t please everyone. Suggest to speak to them directly if unhappy to change things.

    Inflexible Management

    Great Location Nice layout and good value D11 property. Condo Management is extremely inflexible with dozens of rules. Seems like living in a jail where everything has to be controlled by them, from every delivery to every visitor. Security tighter than US immigration!
