strong renter demand
located at Upper Changi Road East, the Changi Court condo has been seeing consistly strong rental demand esp from those working in the sectors of aviation or those studying at SUTD as the condo is nearby. -

freehold
Changi Court is freehold, which makes it good to stay in for generations (provided no enbloc). love the peaceful resort environment and brings me peace every day -

value despite age
if you dm the age of CHangi Court, you will love it due to tranquil environment and near changi biz park and airport. just be prepared to see ageing equipment and older not so modern facilities, and no elderly or inclusive fittings, but it's easy to remedy that -

Unpleasant
The condo is not elderly friendly and not tenant friendly. MCST is not prompt in rectifying leaks and rely on contractors. Not much amenities and many mosquitoes. Majority of access to units are by staircase and inconvenient to elderly and children. Gym is very minimal and timing to access. -

Nice development with large space for activit
Though completed in 1997, the condo is fairly well-maintained with tennis courts and a badminton court (which is rare to find in condos). DT Upper Changi and SUTD is just a stone throw away. Great place to live in with many amenities within a short drive. -

Cheapest FH condo!
This old condo have big and spacious units with alot of facilities such as badminton hall, tennis court and swimming pool. It is also right beside DT mrt, SG expo halls, SUTD, Changi Business Park! Changi Airport is also relatively near. It is also at the crossroad between TPE, ECP and PIE! A rare quiet enclave to invest or to stay! Enbloc opportunity is there as well! -

Hidden Potential Gem
Superb spacious land size with proper walking paths and full facilities ! Bought a spacious regular layout 2 bed room unit and never regretted. 3 mins walk right to Upper Changi mrt on the most connected DTL mrt line, within city are by 20mins and airport within 10mins. Freehold land with so so mich space right at mrt doorstep below 1500 psf is really so rare with leasehold newly built within 10 mins to mrt selling above $2000psf. Value of this Gem is yet to be fully realised with the upcoming Changi transformation with new T5 airport, new ferry terminal linking to T5 and new business district and leisure facilities to be built around the T5 area. Oh and SUTD is right next door too wifh future expanion plans to intergrare new business infrastructure.No brainer where to invest. -

Are en bloc deals always profitable?
En bloc deals are not favourable to owners particularly when these units have been bought for high price. In the case of Gillman Heights saga where owners had to downgrade due to low en bloc prices. -
