  Terrible don’t even consider

  Bad neighbours and management. Very far from the MRT. Don’t get me started on the gym…if you even call it a gym. Pool is pathetic and poorly maintained. Lots of insects even on high floors. Consider your privacy gone. Please think again if you were to purchase. Also, water pressure low on some days.

  Doesnt recommend unless u like to stay alone

  Button for intercom is like useless ,press very long and hard for number ro come out . Max value is 300k and is consider expensive alrdy

  Oasis of peace

  An enclave of peace facing a leafy buddhist temple and close to churches. Quiet neighborhood close to the river with access to park connectors.

  Airstream is a lie

  Everything about this apartment is a lie. The condo size is as claimed but some space in the condo are not usable. Not much storage space. The biggest cabin in the kitchen is fake. The distance to nearest MRT is at least 1.2KM not 800m. Not many bus stops nearby. The main bus stop doesn't have a counter opposite bus stop. So you can go oneway. The gym of the condo is equal to no gym. One trademill and one LAT machine, no weights, no dumbells. One of the two equipments are always out of order.

  70 units of freehold apartments. Located at St Michael's Road near United Medicare Centre. Simple facilities include pool, gym, car park and security. Convenient to access to CTE and PIE. Asking sale prices Hoover around $1400psf at this point of writing this review. Fairly popular condo

  Proud Owner of Sub-Sale

  I was was bold enough to buy after TOP! Cost me a bomb but happy with purchase. Mine is a 50.5sqf top floor unit (1+1+1) facing the highways. Beautiful sunset & fantastic highways landscape in the night. Sun-rays is limited to the afternoon, compensated by very cool evenings (no air-con needed!). The layout of the unit esp kitchen & hall were awkward initially. I re-orientated the TV points and WOAH! I have a designer's unit (quite exclusive in the entire block I must say) with unique blinds, blends of furnitire & furnishings. Location is needless to say - easily accessible andywhere & plenty of good food outlets ard. Only con is the mechanised carpark and small poolside. Those intersted to see the picture may FB (priscila133) me. Definitely a good buy for freehold, single dwelling & high living. Looking forward to another of such development : )

  Good views and size

  Good views and size. I gotten the top floor-484sqft and hence, i have the good view of singapore flyers. Squarish layout(shoebox)

  Great Layout for 1+1 unit

  Got the keys to my unit recently. The study room is of very good size and can fit one single sofa bed. Master room can fit comfortably 1 queen or even king size bed with space to move. however, living room area is a bit small but still great for small families.
