best neighbourhood, best condo
Affinity at Serangoon is very new, just built 2024, so all the facilities and equipment all very modern. feels like a hotel resort at the moment, peaceful despite being in heart of singapore at so busy place like serangoon. layout and large size gives it the illusion of being bigger than it is and not having 1000+ people staying here.can go to Serangoon Gardens too -

built for families
Affnity at Srgn is indeed very suitable for families with good access to amenities in the neighbourhood and also within the sprawling condo. many schs nearby too, malls, food, parks, lovely neighbours etc etc -

landscaped wonder
Affinity at Serangoon has such nice landscaped features tht make living here feel so luxurious like a garden resort. there's even a forest boardwalk and res0rt-style pools, which my family loves. almost forget there are 1000+ residents living here too thanks to the well designed spaces -

choice units are great
it is key to pick your units carefully at Affinity at Serangoon. some offer such generous space and large windows, sun orientation and functional layouts. but some of the 2BR feel tighter than usual, esp the MBR. -

condo living in heartland area
Affinity at Serangoon is in the middle of a cluster of BTOs, popular schools, markets, food centres, shopping and so much. you get the premium experience of staying in a gated estate with all the facilities but also the fantastic heartland amenities. -

got my keys and...
the first thing i did when i got my keys was to... go for a swim! Affinity at Serangoon has such as beautiful pool layout that's uniquely curved and I loved swimming there especially at night with the lights to illuminate my swim. i feel like I'm in some water wonderland hahaha -

Can’t wait to move out
Probably one of my least favourite places to stay. The facilities are good enough, but accessibility is a nightmare. The condo shuttle stopped after a year and going to the office in the mornings means missing several packed busses for a 20 minute ride to the nearest mrt. It takes you at least 20 minutes to get ANYWHERE (and that includes getting to Serangoon gardens). There are enough conveniences around, with shops downstairs, but I would say it’s a more family friendly place, and better if you have a car or don’t really do much in town. The 2 bed unit I’ve been living in is also tiny, with the master bedroom only fitting a queen bed without space to move around. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning to rent unless you work nearby. -

mega condo at srgn
Affinity is a mega condo dev at Srgn with over 1k units. only downside to that is despite being a very beautiful condo, it can feel less private. however, the layout is unique with a curved pool against the green. so it helps you feel close to the nature and in your own private space -
