  "its repeated failures and recalcitrant attitude towards workplace safety and health" "Kingsford's blatant disregard for safety and its repeated failures to comply with our regulatory requirements" Is there any way we Kingsford Hillview peak owners can claim compensation over the inferior quality of our units?   The maintenance fees for this devt is $54 per share (before GST)?!?! A 4-bedroom maintenance costs $404 after GST?!?! Why is this developer KINGSFORD charging SO MUCH? Other new developments are charging much lower ≤$300 for a 4 bedder. Really put people off.

  I heard that Kingsford is first time developer. From what I see at Hillview Peak when I drive by, the main entrance looks unfinished. Also heard from many who have bought, their quality is bad. Is it true? Can we visit the condo grounds and see for ourselves?
