Hi all, Can i check 1) What is the eligibility to buy an office for future rental purpose? 2) Does HDB rule on "one person one flat" applies here? 3) Is there freehold lease for office? (as to residential flat) 4) What are the consideration to purchase an commercial space? 5) Can we use CPF to purchase commercial property? Thanks

Hi Lee,

Buying a office space for investment is as good as buying a Private property. There are Freehold offices for ownership. Just like buying private property,there are different kind of commercial space. Such as office,shophouses,warehouses,factory etc.
