About Guest Speakers:
Vincent Eyu: General Manager (Sales & Marketing), Mammoth Empire Group
Vincent Eyu has been in the property industry for 10 over years. Throughout the years, Vincent has been a Marketing Manager attached to several renowned public listed property developers in Malaysia, namely Mah Sing Group, Guocoland & Sunway Group and this experience has enabled him to build up an extensive network with both local & overseas real estate agencies, bankers, fund managers and investor clubs. In addition to this, Vincent also possess a wide marketing exposure in selling Malaysian properties in overseas market such as Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore and Jakarta. Besides being a seasoned sales professional in the property industry, Vincent is also a passionate investor who has been actively investing in properties throughout his past developments.
Kevin Feng: Head of International Project Department, District 65.
Kevin came to Singapore in 2003 on scholarship to pursue his Ph.D Degree in Science. Later he found his passion in real estate and decided to forgo his Ph.D and join real estate in 2006. He made his first million at age of 27 after 3 years he joined real estate. He was a top producer and Division Director in one of Singapore’s Largest Real Estate Agency before he joined District 65. He has been featured by Singapore Straits Times as a successful new immigrant to Singapore, and has also been interviewed by Soho.com (China’s largest Internet media portal). He started to invest in property from age of 27. In only 3 years, he accumulated an investment portfolio of about SGD 7M, including properties in Singapore, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru & Ipoh. He target to further expand his investment portfolio and retire on age of 35. He is always learning new strategies and he has a great passion to share.
