Industrial landlord JTC has launched two sites – plot D at Gul Avenue and plot 9 at Tampines North Drive 5 – under the first half of the 2021 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme.

The second of the three confirmed list sites, the 5,832.6 sq m site at Gul Avenue has been put up for tender by JTC.

The 20-year leasehold site is zoned for Business 2 use and has a permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The site at Tampines North Drive 5 (Plot 9), on the other hand, is the second of the three reserve list sites for 1H 2021 IGLS programme, and is up for application.

Zoned for Business 2 use, the site has an area of 4,911.8 sq m and a permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5. It has a leasehold tenure of 30 years.

The tender for the Gul Avenue site closes on 22 June, while the application for the Tampines site expires on 30 June.
