A seven-storey light industrial building at 463 MacPherson Road has been put up for sale, carrying a guide price of $21 million, revealed marketing agent Savills Singapore.

Prominently situated along MacPherson Road, the property is highly visible and within walking distance to three MRT stations – namely, Mattar MRT Station, MacPherson MRT Station and Tai Seng MRT Station.

Surrounding amenities include Michelin-starred restaurant, Tim Ho Wan and Hawker Chan, local coffee shops, supermarket, food centres, café, sport facilities, essential banking services and others.
