Investing in Commercial Property

We are looking to invest in a property with a budget of around $400k. Our objective is to rent the property to generate positive cashflow.

Interested in any good deal apt/commercial in any area, preferably with low upfront cash.

Hi Shah,

To meet your requirement is not too difficult.

May I know how much cash upfront will you expected to release for this purchase ?

As for commercial property, Bank Loan is expected to be around 70% loan quantum. 30% cash + 7% GST.

For Pte Condo, currently Banks had cutdown the Loan Quantum to 80%. 20% Cash or 15% CPF + 5% cash.
