I was granted the OTP of a commercial property. However, I'm afraid that the bank of my choice may not be able to issue the letter of offer for the mortgage loan before the OTP expires. Is there any requirement for me to sign a letter of offer from the bank before excercising the OTP? (I already have LO from another bank but I dont want to use that as the rates are not competitive)
