Prime FREEHOLD mixed development
Back in it's heyday, Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre was a prime shopping mall. Back in the 80s and early 90s, it provided shopping and entertainment for families living in the area. It has residential units above it. Currently the development is home to companies looking for a simple shop front and do not need huge human traffic for their business. Recently there has been an increase in the number of people patronising the building. House of Seafood has taken a huge space on the 3rd level. The potential for enbloc is very high. The location is very prime. Much better than Kensington @ Jln Lokam and yet look at the price that that development went for. Currently the p.s.f. for the units in the development are much lower than other developments around the area. -
