  leafy feel

  at The Vermont On Cairnhill, surrounded by lush greenery all around, a leafy hideaway frm the world. shielding me from the busy chaotic chatter of the outside the moement i step into my abode here. love it

  quiet cul-de-sac

  the environmental noise at The Vermont On Cairnhill is kept to a minimum, thanks to its quiet cul-de-sac location that's yet also near to Orchard and Newton subway (around 10min walk?). it's true that sound insulation of the units aren't too good, but it's really an unbeatable location with only light traffic around the development.

  luxurious in many ways!

  The Vermont On Cairnhill is a luxurious address in the heart of Singapore. many expats staying here. it really offers luxury with marble walls and floors, ample balcony, large lap pool and tennis court that looks like something out of US Open! penthouse dwellers even have their own private lift. this is balanced with another luxury - convenience due to its accessible central location.

  Has everything I look for in an apartment!

  Excellent location that is near to Orchard and a short walk to Newton via Peck Hay gate. It's a very lovely development with full condo facilities, good size pool and even has a tennis court. The best thing about Vermont is the quiet, peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The estate is well maintained as well. Good mix of residents here too!

  Incompetent & irresponsible management

  Change in management in past year - bad decision. The "condo manager" is always absent and the temp staff seems clueless and irresponsible. It makes living here a very unpleasant experience

  Still condo at cairnhill still very new. Rather exclusively located as it is almost at the dead end of a dead end road

  peaceful, convenient luxury condo

  I like this location bec it is nestled in a cul-de sac, so there is no traffic, making it peaceful and quiet. I can drive my car into the CTE in 3 minutes, or I can walk to newton MRT in 5 minutes. There are great schools here, Anglo chinese, Raffles Girls and Chatsworth intl. Orchard Rd Paragon is just down the road. I especially love my balcony with its unblocked greenery view...I can see all the way to ACS school and Bishan. The unit is squarish and luxurious, making it easy to fit my furniture. There are quiet neighbours, some with young kids, with a good mix of asian and wastern expats and none of those pesky noisy party people with loud music. I love, love my flat!
