  Quality apartment interior finishings and bea

  Fantastic value for money vs OLA selling at $1,150psf! All-round convenience yet retains an exclusive vibe. Quality aprt finishing, efficient layout! Facilities are simple but love the signature pool!

  Okay

  Pros: Nice long Swimming Pool, Close Proximity to LRT station and walkable 10 mins to Sengkang MRT. Many school choices around. Gym is ok. Internal workmanship good. Supermarket and foodcourt within walkable 10 mins distance. Cons: Pathetic BBQ pit and very small function room. External facade looks ok only. Car park spaces seems insufficient. Good for staying with families. As investment, I think there are much better choices.
