  The Regency At Tiong Bahru

  Tucked in a corner of conserved shophouses, one can still walk to Tiong Bahru MRT station and Plaza. Very quiet and offers nice views of the Tiong Bahru enclave with its old world charm if one is facing that way. some units have views on both sides of the apartment. May be a bit close to the HDB flats though.

  Best condo at Tiong Bahru

  This is definitely the best place I have ever seen. Freehold and so near to all the amenities (Tiong Bahru Plaza, market...)and transportation (Tiong Bahru MRT). Not too many units and tuck in a cosy corner where there's not too many people. Definitely a good property.

  Out dated

  Plus: - Facilities are ok, with a pretty large swimming pool, 2 tennis courts - Large living areas, without a wasting-space bomb shelter in the units - "prime" location Minus: - It's old... the outside of the building still looks really ok, but the lobbies, lifts, corridors clearly state its age - The interiors, kitchens and bathrooms, although using good materials, are old also. - Most of the 3 and 3+1 beds have 1 or 2 bedrooms facing walls ! - It's pretty far from MRT, more suitable for car owners.

  Worthwhile Considering...

  Brought a client to view this unit... Client like it instantly... Windy, size just nice. Most importantly, Nice North and South view... Near Tiong Bahru Market, Looks far from Tiong Bahru MRT but in actual fact, it is just 5 - 10 mins walk... No worries about Supermarket and food centre... Near CBD, Near Orchard --> very centralised... Adequate facilities (gym, lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, playground, bbq)

  Flipper galore

  price dropped to 800psf in 2009. Shows its inability to hold. Nice development but its so far from the MRT and nestled in a small corner...not cosy...dark corner. interior not impressive. facilities very limited.
