From the floorplan there are 2 entry to the bathroom. One can be accessed from outside and the other inside the master bedroom. There should still have some privacy thou I still prefer 2 bathrooms.
The location is indeed superb. Only downside is that the mrt is not underground so some MRT noise cannot be avoided. Probably have to live in high floors to offset the noise.
Wonder when will it completed in 2009 as I am interested to get a unit there. Still feel the asking price of $750psf is too high as east coast freehold projects like esta and one amber are asking $800psf.
What should be the asking price going forward to 2Q 2009?

Only One Bathroom?
I have noticed that for the two-bedroom units there is only one bathroom in the entire unit. I am wondering if this is practical if there are 3-4 people living in the same apartment. It seems the people must draw rosters for their turns to use the washroom, or go to the swimming pool's common bathroom if they can't wait.
I think the part that I am most unable to fathom is that for the floor plans I have seen, the sole bathroom in the unit is INSIDE the master bedroom. That seems to imply that the master bedroom door has to remain open at all times for the other people in the other bedroom to use the toilet.
I guess the 2-bedroom units are only suitable for couples without kids/parents/maid living with them, when the other room is meant as a study or some other use, with nobody sleeping in the bedroom.
It is a pity, as the other reviewers have rightly pointed out that this development is in a very convenient location, despite Redhill's reputation as a "rougher" and "more complicated" neighbourhood. However I think the configuration within the unit has put me off purchasing a unit here.

Fantastic Location
This condo is next to Redhill MRT, very convenient for family with school-aged children. As more MRT stations open, and more expensive to drive, MRT has immennse and increase value over the time. Built by Japanese Contractor by Top Singapore developer, this will be a new landmark in Tanglin Area.
