  facilities galore

  The Criterion has fantastic facilities that the whole family loves... movie room, gym with great view of yoga deck and pool (3 of them caters to diff ages). jacuzzi and Japan technology bubble pool, steam room... walking track, and never go hungry with food and drinks vending machines onsite. convenience side gate with bus stop right outside. very good.

  always in demand

  everyone who has a unit at The Criterion will be making big bucks in just a few years when this EC reaches the 10-year mark and becomes privatised. especially since developed by big name CDL. congrats everybody!

  natural breeze

  kudos to the architects and engineers who planned The Criterion in this manner where units are windy. that is most important vs all the other manmade facilities.

  Well-maintained facilities and friendly guard

  I've been to this EC a few times as my friend lives here. I noticed the swimming pool is larger than regular condo swimming pool which is great. And the security guards are welcoming and helpful even though im just a visitor

  The Criterion

  CDL developer has design this EC very well and its swimming pool integrated with the gym was awesom overlooking the pool & the condo and also the function room like a one stop service centre. very clean & convenient and well maintained EC I experienced

  Open concept of EC not favourable for residen

  I know of many people using the amenities like carpark and swimming pool even tho they are not residents of The Criterion. The lack of privacy and security is just offputting, knowing that people just come and go whenever they want to

  Impossible to book function room

  I've been living here for awhile and the function room is always booked. Super frustrating becos I cant host my son's birthday parties and other gatherings here. Pay high price but amenities unavailable for what
