Property management
The property management is poorly maintained, which is surprising. There are scattered leaves everywhere, moldy cloth sofas, wooden chairs that are about to break, uncleaned barbecue tables, and moldy traces everywhere. -

Problems abound!
Lived here, you shouldn't. Drain flies infestation due to septic tank, water seepage and drainage problems throughout the condo. Unknown water loss problems, planters don't water well, noisy supercars, nosy neighbours gossiping on each other via the internal condo app. It's endless. Did I mention the odd shaped unuseable rooms? The only saving grace is if you like facing the greenery and landed homes. Dreadful. -

Good location and place to stay.
Is great location and only less than 10 minutes to orchard area. And other shopping mall nearby. Is almost a centre of location access to more central area. Also good feng shui. -

This property, along with Principal Garden, are in the best lots available in the Redhill area. Next to park connector, river, and overlooking Tanglin yet still close to the MRT, and local wet market -

The Crest
The Crest Condo is considered as both iconic and beautiful development situated right in Singapore’s prime district Tanglin. This is an estate reputed mainly because of its high-end GCB or Good Class Bungalows. It is next to Jervois Road as well as Mount Echo. The Crest is mainly used for condominium sale and rental. The condominium’s space is 0.72 kilometers away from the EW17 Bahru MRT Station. The Crest is a ninety nine-year leasehold project and is consists of 469 units, house in three high rise towers of a 23-storey each in Active Zone or the “Towers by the Meadow” and four low-rise buildings of a five-storey each right in the Tranquil Zone or the “Island Villas”. As for the types of units, The Crest Condominium has the largest numbers, which ranges from one-bedder up to five-bedroom plus study units. In addition to that, dual key along with loft units are also available. With slew developments completed or let’s say being completed right to the Redhill MRT, The Crest project is considered as the next in line to join the private property fiesta that is happening on Redhill/Alexandria Road area. With various residential projects within the area having been launched or sold, The Crest is probably a bit late to the party. On the other hand, The Crest does not have single factor going for it. External Location Surroundings in General Sited right at the edge of Jervois Hill low rise a private housing estate and is bordered by the Crescent Girls School (West), Prince Charles Crescent site B (East), vacated former school of deaf site (North), and the Alexandra Canal (South). The Crest site is a quiet and very private area. Since Crescent Girls Schools is just within the area, expect some noise from that school especially during morning assembly, recess as well as dismissal times. -
